Hotel location is very excellent and near by raliway station and close to market. Room are very clean and staff and management of Hotel Crystal is very cooperative and welcome guest with smile. If any come at sriganga nagar I recomnd this Hotel Crystal for stay. Food and room service of this Hotel Crystal is excellent. Over all this is excellent Hotel Crystal in city for stay.

Very good services and all of them... Next tour we will stay with makemytrip. We will book room threw MMT it's better for help searching the lowest range rooms and good quality. Here room service was very good. Room cleaning is very good and all of staff were very good. So, we want to stay here every time. It's my first stay in MMT Hotel Crystal.

In this price range you can find other Hotel Crystals in the city. Hotel has very small rooms. Services was good, food is good and it is so type if you are single and one day tour and you don't want to invite your gusts. If you wish to invite your clients to Hotel Crystals then you should book crown room instead of gold.

I love this Hotel Crystal! It's one of the best Hotel Crystals I have ever stayed in my life. Everything was perfect - smooth check-in process, welcoming doorman service, luxurious room, fantastic location, great breakfast, comfortable bed, high quality amenities. I would love to come back to this Hotel Crystal someday!

The rooms are little small but OK for single stay, they have two type of rooms small & a little bigger than small, still it can fit single person. Food quality is not very good... But one can stay for a while as it is in the main market... Beware in rainy season as you get knee deep water on roads during rain..

Good location in fact very good location, near railway station and near gol bazar, heart of the city. Only problem is room service and kitchen. No restaurant there, food quality is not up to the mark.

Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the restaurant first class service, the evening menu was varied and the food exceptional the coffee creme brulee was divine

Everything is up to the mark, behavior of staff is excellent but room size is small I find the property worth and value for money. Only thing which I find not good is room size one should go for make my trip booking.
