Hotel Crystal Crown

It's basically a convention where it has arnd 28 odd rooms for Hotel Crystal Crown/lodging. Rooms are good, breakfast spread and service at breakfast buffet was fabulous. Only problem was i booked a super deluxe room and i didn't realize as i was tired of a long journey and the reception kept offering me a deluxe room at the ground floor which had wet walls and the smell of dampness, eventually he offered a room at 3rd floor 304, which was v good. So all that ends well is shall be considered well but he should have offered the 3rd floor in first go i felt. None the less it's a non authentic Hotel Crystal Crown but has good rooms and fantastic breakfast.

Rooms were very very thoughtfully designed, very well maintained and very spacious. We booked 4 rooms but ac was working properly only in 1 room and for rest of the rooms, it took 2-3 hours to cool, mostly it might not have been serviced from long time. They had a their own choupaty on the ground floor which was visible from our room and there was a lot of noise coming from it till late night mainly of utensil washing and some workers talking to each other, so it was difficult to sleep. Food in their restaurant tastes good but service is very very slow and they also mixed up one of our order. Staff is very friendly and helping.

From the exterior not so fabulous but when inside the room you will feel the crown with crystals for sure. Luckily i got room 408 and had view to the entry. Traffic management and security was visible. Inside covered reception with space for guest seats was good to see not available in big brands. Tough was climbing a floor to the lift on 1st floor and then room number mismatch with floor was unique which was due to lift added later perhaps food was affordable and tasty, breakfast was tummy full for anyone with variety of items and attentive staff. Room service was fast and cleanliness was superb

The place was nice. Very clean and beds were comfortable too. Hotel staff were decent. The Hotel Crystal Crown won't let you order food from outside and take it to your room, they mostly encourage you to order from the Hotel Crystal Crown restaurant. But the restaurant food was also good so it didn't bother me that much. Plus the menu prices were also okay. And the food court just outside the restaurant was a good thing. You can go there and have something to eat for a snack anytime.

The property is located at a prime location and easy to find. It is beautiful property spread across a huge area. Every thing in this Hotel Crystal Crown was so perfect. Loved the stay. They have huge rooms clean bathrooms. Restaurant is bit overpriced however they have a food court which is absolutely delightful and priced very reasonably. Breakfast buffet was just awesome with plenty of options to choose from. They have a safe car parking within the campus.

The Hotel Crystal Crown property is neat, clean and comfortable. The room allotted to us has 2 large beds and can accommodate 4 person. The bath room has separate entrance for bath and toilet and can be used by 2 separate persons. This is a good point if stay is for 3-4 persons. The staff is polite and helpful. This place serves complimentary breakfast if included in booking and has decent breakfast spread. Overall, it's satisfactory and value for money.

Beautiful Hotel Crystal Crown, very courteous staff, efficient service. The rooms are very beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Windows present a great view of the green cityscape. Toilet, bath area and wash basin are separate. So multiple persons can use them at the same time. All top standard amenities. Artistic, aesthetic decor everywhere. The restaurant serves excellent food. Loved the entire experience. A big thanks to all staff.

Visited bhubaneswar and stayed here for 3 days for facilitating admission process at kit for my daughter. I chose the place being not too far from kit campus (1. 5km. But the property is truly excellent. Food is great with plenty of options. There's a food court that offers various fast foods and snacks counters. Decently locality, not too far from railway station and airport (12 -15 km, this is a highly recommended place for stay.

It was a wonderful Hotel Crystal Crown with good ambience and friendly staff and a specious rooms. Restaurant was good and they served delicious and fresh food.

They’re all friendly and available all the time. Food’s great too! rooms are spacious and clean aswell! pleasant on eyes too

Rooms are pretty clean and neat. Highly satisfied with the room and washroom. The room is a really premium looking one. For evening snacks/dinner my suggestion would be eating in the food court which is a really good one with a lot of items on the menu. And finally the breakfast is a must try which is a complementary one with many items. With a price around 3k you will not regret staying here.

Very good service with politeness and restaurant meal is soo tasty. Quantity is too enough. Price is reasonable.

I would give 5 star rating to this property. Everything was good, room, food, service, location. Staffs are very friendly. And the best part all the staffs are always smiling.
