Hotel Crystal Inn

The hotel ambience is not at all good. Rooms are congested, bathroom cleaning is not at all good. bathroom fixtures are also very old, rusted. There is no restaurant inside the hotel,but they may be preparing or ordering food from outside. The breakfast quality was good.

dirty washroom, not having proper facilities like normal hotel ...it is located at ground floor of some maternity hospital...

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Crystal Inn in Mumbai. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. What I appreciated most was how close the hotel is to the U.S. Embassy, which made it convenient for my appointments.

It was pathetic, i booked breakfast and dinner package and hotel denied dinner by saying please take refund because they have no such package.

The room was dirty. There were dirt stains in the walls and floor. The floor was really sticky. The room smelled so bad we bought a room freshener to hang in it. And also the rooms were filled with cockroaches. The outside of the room was also not clean. The first floor of the building is a hospital so there were always people there. The location of the hotel was also really bad. The rain made it worse. I won't suggest anyone with their family to take this hotel if you want a comfortable stay.

Room was neat and clean. Ac, tv, wifi, room service. Location everything was good. I recommend to stay here if you're travel-ling with friends with long stay.

charging socket not working, washroom geyser switch outside, during taking shower someone switch off two time due to with i face problem, stairs area rain water coming and due to which stairs are wet and sleepry

I found this on mm t app and booked a deluxe room for 2 days and their service was good and excellent. It is very safe for families and nearby locations of kurla west.

Honestly saying hotel is small and didn't look like hotel atmosphere but the room which i got is specious and comfortable.

Amenities and services were good. Manager was helpful and friendly. Location isn't great and maintenance could have been better. Overall good experience for the price.

Terrible place. The rooms were full of cockroaches. One of the rooms a/c dint work. There was someone elses inner-wear in the washroom. So the rooms were barely cleaned. Water supply was limited and no hot water at all. Staff were ignorant. They couldn't care less about the customers. Overall terrible place to live in.
