pathetic hotel at the rate of a 4 star hotel

Hotel is in a small lane, looks like a lodge rather then a hotel. Washrooms are not cleaned and flush sprays water in all directions. Quilts are damp and smells like dust. Hotel manager asks for money if you need anything. Still not sure, why make my trip has listed this hotel
