it's pathetic and horrible we won't feel safe there that is not family place one day before we check out TV not working wifi not working hot water is not available no electricity their Genset not working one question how make my trip select those hotels which are not safe for family they do not have parking people came to charge the challan

coupleRooms - in every room you will find something not working, be it flush to plug points. The rooms could have had better lightings. So essence is - rooms are old and will not give you a feel of one of the best hotels in dhanaulti(it is actually one of the oldest and reknowned property in dhanaulti. Food - amazing food, home like taste and reasonable price. Service - all the complaints will be handled efficiently with cooperative and highly professional staffs. Their behavior tries to compensate for the negatives of room quality to an extend. Location - when you visit dhanaulti try staying in the village not outside resorts, because it's a small village and staying in dhanaulti gives you all the feelings of being alone in hills. Ans this hotel is at a stone thrown distance from market.

no toiletries provide except soap. No complementary water bottles. Get bath towels after so many request, poorly washed. Breakfast was not up to the mark. Not recommended.

familyLocation - hotel is situated on the mussorie-chamba road having a nice view of valley, clouds and greenery. Food - food is good. Pahadi daal, aalu jeera, jeera rice were great. Hygiene - hotel follows good hygiene standards amd provide clean rooms, lobby and bed. Safety - recommended for family stay as there are plenty of resorts nearby. Staff is friendly, quick responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the stay with scenic beauty of cloudy hills. Recommended for stay, be it single, couple or family.

Nice stay. As per location it is just nearby to highway, near to e co park and market. Good food. But minor complaints for bedsheet, but yes it should ignore-able as compare to other facilities. Very friendly staff especially senior staff. Wish them best wishes and keep it up.
