Hotel Crystal Palace

We stayed dr in december. As the rooms of our opted category were not available on our arrival. The manger offered us room cat. Upgradation without charging extra. Further on our request they also arranged the buffet at our room. Stay was comfortable and the night view of the city from our room's window was awesome. Suggestion: as the Hotel Crystal Palace not located centrally in the city. The management may consider to extend the facilities of scooty for the guests (on reasonable charges) for roaming in the city. As finding parking for four wheelers in the city is really challenging. At last we again thank the management for a pleasant stay.

We selected doon valley view room and the picture on their account doesn't just ice with the view. Room was way better than what it looks in pictures view was really amazing you could have an evening tea sitting in your cozy room with curtains off and facing the view, staff was friendly, food was average and you have to pay extra for room service or choose to sit at their restaurant and pay for food only. Hotel is bit far from market area so if you don't have your own vehicle either you pay to Hotel Crystal Palace taxi or walk by yourself. Overall a pleasant stay.

It's a little bit difficult with the navigation to the place. I booked an executive (hill view) and it was totally Worth it. Excellent view, cleanliness and good hospitality was shown By the staff. The cab dropped and picked us to the mall Road as promised. However, it's an easy walk to the place as the weather compels you to walk enjoying the beautiful views. Overall a nice experience including a cost effective food ing. A little improvement can be done on the hot water thing and television.

The Hotel Crystal Palace provides pick and drop facility till the library chowk which is good. Food was delicious. Room service could have been better. Also what i did not like is, i had booked a super deluxe room with the valley view, but i couldn't sleep after 6 am because the sunlight was so bright and the curtains were useless and inadequate to stop the light from entering the room. I was very disappointed because we couldn't have adequate sleep after being so tired.

Reception staff prepared the final bill during check out with breakfast. Though it was already being paid to them at the time of booking the Hotel Crystal Palace. So staff needs to tera cautious while preparing the bill. Plus intercom facilty of phones not working for our room so every time i need to call at the mobile gave by reception person mentioned on the Hotel Crystal Palace card and it is bit uncomfortable to call cell phone number every time.

All are good at this price. Facility was good, staff is well concerned about your problem. The view from the Hotel Crystal Palace is eye-catching. Away from rushy market area. At this price best Hotel Crystal Palace. The Valley view from the Hotel Crystal Palace is awesome. You have to enjoy it from the bed. Hotel service is very good. We have asked for a extra blanket they provide us immediately. All over the Hotel Crystal Palace was excellent.

The Hotel Crystal Palace is located approx 1.5 kilometers far from the Library Chock and hence has a very calm atmosphere. They have free picking service from the Library Chock. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony. The staffs also seemed professional and polite overall excellent.
The room was excellent, neat and clean. Since it is newly built, they have paid proper attention in making it, user-friendly.

Nice hospitality. Rooms are decent. Best part they allowed our pet to come and stay with us. So my 3 months old pup was taken good care and was welcomed whole heatedly and not like other Hotel Crystal Palaces who use filters in various booking sites and then refuse pet. The staff at this Hotel Crystal Palace was always polite and courteous. We had an amazing time staying there.

Hotel is good in every aspects, service, cleanliness and food is good.

Hotel location is good. Food quality is average and reasonably priced. In room toiletries should be supplied on daily basis and coffee essentials shall be refilled on daily basis without asking for it. Staff is very cooperative and humble. Arrangement for driver stay. View from the Valley view room is awesome. I recommend stay here.

Amazing Hotel Crystal Palace a little far from library chock, but Hotel Crystal Palace has provided complimentary free pick-up from mall Road to Hotel Crystal Palace. Food quality was not so much good, it was OK.

Awesome place to stay, specially its on spring road which is far from hassle.
