When i checked in, it was a terrible experience. I was not in the room, and my partner was inside when the staff entered without knocking. However, when i checked out, i accidentally left behind my expensive watch worth 80k. The Hotel Cullinan By Qotel @ Janakpuri staff returned it after three days when i reached out to them. This shows that the staff is quite genuine and trustworthy. I will give them the highest rating.

This was an overall good trip, the check-in was smooth, the location is great as it is near a metro station, all i had to do was to take a metro from factory to reach here, its 500 meters from the station. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. The size of the rooms was a bit small, other than that an overall good experience.

The stay was nice. The rooms are clean. The staff is courteous. The only challenges are in road facing rooms which get noisy because of traffic. I was lucky to get the back end room for a peaceful sleep
