Hotel D' Sapphire

I loved this place and i'll recommend this Hotel D' Sapphire because the ambience, interior or quality of the food was too good and feel you as you are not in the city. Staff are also good with positive approach contributes the major positivity of the Hotel D' Sapphire with spacious bedroom and bathroom. I liked the soft and comfortable king sized bed. And the complimentry breakfast was fantastic with indian and continental choice of selection.

Hotel was decent. The receptionist was nice. The room was clean, had all the neck facilities. The view from my room was great. However, it was quite evident that the Hotel D' Sapphire staff were trying to sneak in and check what we're up to. Which is not cool. They need some training. I didn't call for any room service yet they came with laundry and upon saying it's not ours, the staff still tried to barge in. Lacks basic hospitality.

We expected it to be good but it was great, especially the service. They are very much alert about their customers needs. Its as if they are more concerned about your convenience than you yourself are. Great laundry service, clean and spacious rooms, ample closet space, spotless bathrooms, parking facility through and through it's an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend it.

What to say .. From booking through makemytrip to the staying at the property was just awesome .. Prompt check in ... The room is spacious, well maintained, well decorated, fresh feelings and the room service was just applauding .. The food quality and breakfast is at par star category .. Will visit again and again .. Thank you the Hotel D' Sapphire team for warm hospitality

It's nice stay. Rooms were clean and nice service. Good breakfast. Food is also available. Very near to ganesh mandir. Situated in capital area of assam. Buses for shillong available nearby on gs road. Staff is well behaved. Breakfast and food with variety. Rooms have acs and large window for outside view. Good cupboard. Clean and big attached bath.

A very nice Hotel D' Sapphire with good bed. However, sliding door of bathroom was little let down. Food prices are good. I stayed near the restaurant and hence was noisy, which I didn't like. I liked the bed and 32 inch LED TV. Shower was good. I think a bit of noise proofing in that particular room would be great.

I loved the place and would recommend to others due to fantastic experience, good food, good location, value for money. Also the staff is very cooperative. The deluxe rooms are really good and are maintained very well by the Hotel D' Sapphire authorities. You will really emjoy your stay in this Hotel D' Sapphire

Nice rooms best value of money for stay in this Hotel D' Sapphire. The reception is excellent nicely attended on entry in the Hotel D' Sapphire. The rooms were quite spacious and the attendants were also very helpful and sweet. Would definitely recommend this Hotel D' Sapphire for staying in Guwahati.

I love to stay again in this Hotel D' Sapphire, superb management staff, very much security, front office guys are wonderful behavior. What to write .. Out of 10 I would prefer 20 to share. I would suggest to bring more facilities to enjoy for guest. Thanks Piyush

Ideally located. Infrastructure is good. All parameters are satisfactory barring food. Quality of food was not good.
