Hotel's staffs are very nice and well behaved. Required little improvement in daily room service like cleaniness. However a good budget Hotel Darjeeling Palace to stay.

The Hotel Darjeeling Palace is situated in such a place from where the Mall, taxi stand and Bhutani Market is easily accessible. Max 8 mins walking distance in a hilly road. Food was good. Staff was very friendly. Well maintained and clean. The tariff is in a higher side. I paid Rs. 2500 per day for a deluxe room. It should be around Rs. 2000.

Little bit costlier compared to other but at good location very near to mall road. Restaurant don't have variety of food. Foods are costlier than other restaurant. Hotel rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Adjacent to Hotel Darjeeling Palace steps which directly directs the way to mall road.

Location is very good and food in Hotel Darjeeling Palace is awesome. Service was also very nice. Room were also very neat and clean. Room service was just a call away and instantly available. It's very near to mall road so very good location. We enjoyed the trip.

Its most plus point is its location. Stairs just beside takes you directly to the mall square. The room was clean. Bathroom could have been better. Hot water is abundant. They also provide room service. Overall it was a good stay.

Location was fine! Evening walks to chowrasta are must! Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable but then again didn't see a lift, so not suitable for the old aged. Didn't try the food. Stay was comparatively cheap and comfortable. A good spot to stay if you explore the surroundings!

The location was awesome, at stone throw distance from taxi stand, manager and staff were cooperative. Only thing is that room service ie daily room cleaning and change of bedsheets are only on demand which needs to be made mandatory. People atre good and cooperative and relatively clean. So I will give full marks as an overall rating.
