familyVery poor room quality, lift not working, parking facility mentioned on hotel description but after several arguments they arranged parking for us. Reception doesn’t pick up call after 5-6 calls. Lift does not work so we have to walk 3 floors to contact reception. Geyser is not working, solution was not provided till check out of it. Very terrible experience. Price was too high but didn’t justify the service and quality

1. Parking available - good space 2. Booked 2 rooms, 1 clean and good, second room washroom leakage and dirty, room dusty and not so clean 3. Wifi - rooms given in 3rd floor but wifi password given for ground floor no signal available at room 4. Hotel service and safety standards good 5. Property location good
