Great stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Filthy room. We reached the hotel at 0200 and the attendant alloted the room. The keys were not provided. We locked the room from inside.No toiletries and towels. No water. The check-in formalities of entering the name in the register were completed during departure.

Neither the room nor the bathroom was clean, room was full of cigarette smell, bed sheet on the bed was a used one.

Room condition is very bad and dirty. Bathroom geyser is not working properly. Communication telephone is not working.

Rooms are good. Geysers not working. Hot water not coming. Bathroom sewage not working properly. Ok

Staff is pretty nosy, they dont feel welcoming and always expecting money, they always peeking in rooms

It’s not a hotel and hospitality was pathetic, ac not working so change the room and room was not clean

The hotel didn't have proper hygiene as while entering the room saw lizard 🦎 on the walls and curtains. The door was not properly locking.. washroom seats were not good.. plates glass and jug were dusty.

Location very close to the airport service was prompt room cleaning and upkeep was not upto the mark. Not much toileteries provided. The towels provided had holes. The flush was not working.

The staff was super caring. I booked for my father after a flight mishap and the hotel is close to the airport. They also arranged for his dinner and was extremely helpful with his stay.

They have not given towels, soap, water bottle tea kettle, coffee, tea powder etc free. They have included break fast charges in the room, but they offered only bread tost and tea complimentary.

Location and room is average category at hotel dawat. Service and facilities are bad. Considering quality of hotel room rates are too high.

Pros nearby to airport u can walk in 7 minutes. But it is under construction, don't feel like a established place. Also i paid for room with complementary breakfast. But they have only bread toast and tea in complimentary. U have to pay extra for every other order. Overall except for the approximity to airport, it is average for the price paid

Poor response, the bathroom was very dirty. No hot water, mainly they will not allow got outside after 11. Poor service from restaurant team
