Hotel Dazzling

Hotel ambience is good recapationist behaviour polite but hotel restaurant service and room service is very poor also my T.V not working, when I told about this problem they can't do anything.

you said that we have got 20% off in food in hotel restaurant . but no any discount given by hotel staff

change location my booked hotel when reach hotel, 3rd class food quality and charge highest, No provide body shampoo but check out time check bog for confirmation.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The room itself was clean but a bit on the basic side, with standard amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi. However, the furniture looked a bit dated, and the air conditioning wasn’t as effective as I had hoped. The bed was comfortable enough, though I would’ve appreciated softer pillows. The bathroom was functional but could use a little updating. There were no major issues, but nothing particularly stood out to make it feel special either. The hotel’s location was convenient, with some good restaurants and shops nearby, which was a plus. The breakfast options were limited, and the food quality was just okay—nothing to rave about, but it served its purpose. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it also didn’t exceed my expectations. I would consider staying here again for the convenience, but it’s not a place I would rave about to others. It’s a decent, no-frills option for those looking for a short stay at a reasonable price.

Room and reception staffs are good. The problem is noise during night. They have a pub which plays loud music

Hotel dazzling in agra has several commendable aspects. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The hotel also boasts well-designed interiors, which added to the overall charm. Additionally, the food was tasty, though slightly expensive. However, the room size was relatively small, and the absence of windows made the ventilation poor, which affected the overall comfort. If i stay here again, i would prefer a room with windows for a better experience. Overall, it’s a good hotel with room for improvement in certain areas.

The room was not clean, look was ugly, mattress, pillow and bath room was dirty. It completely spoiled our mood to visit the wonder. Felt cheated by the review, and rating. Also the price was way more and not sure how to trust mm t reviews anymore do not recommend this room to anyone.

Spacious clean Rooms, luxury property food is a bit expensive but the taste is good, Professional and helpful staff, The tajmahal view from 4th floor, Overall Good Hotel, Highly Recommended.

Location was good. Room service not satisfactory. No hot water. Frequent problems with the lift. Leakage of water in toilet. Mini fridge was not working.

It was a great stay at hotel, the distance from taj mahal is about 3km and the hotel staff including the receptionist was very polite and professional

1. The manager doesn't know that there's a booking. 2. The rooms given were full of mosquitoes, not cleaned at all. The shower had corrosion, when the tap was opened a bad smell was coming from the water. 3. Management tried to make us believe the room was cleaned. There was no handwash, no towel, no shower gel, bedsheets were smelly. After showing all this they changed our room. But the same continues. Please don't book this hotel. Worst experience!

There was too much noice in the room due to bar music after call to the hotel reception there was ni action

Good location. I was there for an official conference. The hall was very large and had good ambience. The food during the lunch was not that great. However i would recommend this hotel as the location is in the heart of delhi and nearby places are a must visit.

It was good i liked the ambiance and feel of the property. Quite safe. Very helpful and good attendant. Only problem was the ac used to stop after 30- 60 mins. Dint connect with the room service as it was quite late in night when i realised it. Still no problem with it. Room were chill even at scorching heat

Hotel is situated at a distance of 2 kms from taj mahal. Vehicle can be parked on the service road. Rooms are clean and staff is good. It has lift facility, i found food and beverages expensive. I had lunch and breakfast in bikanerwala, next to the hotel.

Room very clean, clothes very clean, hospitality is good, food rate is very high, nice place, easy reach
