the hotel has a great location near /opposite J W Marriott Juhu beach, offering easy access to nearby places. The pricing is very reasonable, making it one of the best value-for-money stays around. The staff is very courteous and helpful, both day and night especially Mr. Rakesh Mishra ji, who made our stay even more comfortable with his warm and professional service. Keep up the good work — looking forward to visiting again!

There is no cleanliness in the hotel. You have to pay extra for a water bottle. The rooms are dirty. My bed had bedbugs.

location is near the juhu beach but near the area of the hotel, people used to sit and do smoking. The rooms are also very small, very compact. Overall experience not good.

It was a decent hotel at this price in a costly area like juhu. There was no place for breakfast. If breakfast was there could be better.

The stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Hot water, ac and tv were working as expected. Room very close to beach. Overall an awesome experience.

Nice hotel to stay for a couple of days. Staff is courteus and customer centric. Got an affordable stay in juhu, for 2 nights. Rooms are decently maintained.

First of all it's not a hotel, in a building they have acquired one floor and made a partition between the flats and operating as a hotel. There are no facilities, rooms and all washrooms are too compact. There is a much better hotel nearby at main road juhu residency boutique hotel, i will highly suggest everyone to go for that, it is much better at the same price.
