nice hotel very clean and prime location all connectivity near about hotel also lot of restaurants available

room was dusty, pillows were dirty, i got skin rashes, had to vacate with in few hours. terrible stay.

It was very poor experience. The room size is very small The linens are not clean. It looks premium hotel But actually like a economy room.

I’m Roshinraj. I had booked a deluxe room + tax, but the room provided was far from what I expected. It was just a basic room with no deluxe features, and the quality did not meet the expected standards. The room had a bad smell, and overall cleanliness was poor. The food was also below average and not worth the price. My experience was quite disappointing.

I had a good stay with no disturbances, ensuring a peaceful experience. The property was well-maintained, the facilities were satisfactory, and importantly an easily accessible location at the heat of the city. One area for improvement would be the breakfast timing, as it was only ready by 8:15 AM. An earlier service would be more convenient for guests with early plans. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The stay was pretty good. We were given time for extension. Services were good. We liked it overall.

Room was small. Cleanliness was above average. Full of mosquitos even in an ac room. Restaurant buffet breakfast which i took as as additional was very limited in options

The hotel has all amenities for business traveler. The staff is good and respects guest privacy and comfort. They also have an executive lounge which offers good food.

The quality and service provided at the hotel is not par with what they are charging. I am not suggesting family people to stay there.

Hotel is very badly managed. Housekeeping will clean your room only if you inform the reception that you want it cleaned! zero supervision. Bathroom tiles are dirty. Floor mats were not changed. Hot water supply in bathroom was erratic

Clean and hygienic room and other facilities. Parking available, spacious rooms, bar on 1st floor. Just opposite to private bus station.

Very pethatic there is no hot water, shower couldnt work properly and ligh infent of mirror isnt working. Very bad experience already informwd but no use

I booked the hotel and it was worse when i asked a refund since the dates were changed. The customet service where very poor.

I booked this hotel for my business visit to calicut, stay experience was ok ok. Too noisy consider asking for different room if you are provided with room number 309

An ordinary hotel having rules stricter than any 4 / 5 star hotels. Attitude shown from the front desk not acceptable.

It was too bad room with this price range . There was insects in the room but they changed our room after a day.
