Hotel Deep Avadh

Hotel location is very good. The room service is also good and prompt. The AC is very old does not have any remote or control on temp. Only switch on and off. Internet WIFI only works at lobby where there are six chairs and you have take your laptop down stairs and work there leaving your room. Breakfast have to order A la crate, Although set meal is mentioned but not available. Down stairs restaurant is with Bar and restaurant room filled with cigarette smoke. There ordering means you have to pay cash. Better to order from room and pay at check out time. TV is old fashioned Cable. So picture quality is very poor. No bathroom mat is there. So once you come out of bathroom the room will get wet. Capbourd is there but no hangers.

I have stayed in the property for one day as I observed the room was spacious and cleanliness was ok, the staff was prompt. There was one small issue regarding the water heater which has also been resolved. The interior of the room seems to be very old but ok for the budget property. Apart from morning tea they provided me complimentary which added value to my stay. So overall it's an decent stay.

The Hotel Deep Avadh is very good in respect of facilities as well as amenities but the location is very far from the main Lucknow city. The behavior of the reception members are very rude. They not check-in me before just one hour though the room is already vacant and I have a 7 years old child with me. So the Hotel Deep Avadh is very good for official personnel but not that much well for family.

I have stayed in this Hotel Deep Avadh many times. The location of this Hotel Deep Avadh is very good. The structure and interior is an old fashioned which looks good to me, it's not very modern but its good. Cannot comment about all the rooms however the superior room where I stayed was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Overall good experience.

I stayed here as a layover stop.
The best thing about this Hotel Deep Avadh was it's staff. They were very courteous and very polite and we're eager to help. The only drawback I found was TV not working however this didn't caused any problem to me as I stayed there for one night only. This Hotel Deep Avadh is value for money.

Okay for the price, however needs a lot of repair, many things are broken like door lock. Otherwise staff is helpful and cooperative. Wifi is extremely slow and definitely needs upgrade. Would consider staying again if things were fixed and upgraded just a little bit for basic needs

It was pleasent stay in Hotal Avadh, Lucknow. During stay, I was not well after dinner, the Hotel Deep Avadh waiter help me to get medicine. I REALLY THANK HIM. His name was Mr. Sravan Pathak. God Bless Him. I recommend this Hotel Deep Avadh to others in terms of money and service.

Location was a bit issue because road construction was going on so jam problem and my visit for was for exam. Staff was very cooperative. Guards were active for car parking. Overall a nice experience with this price. We stayed 5 nights with breakfast and dinner/lunch free.

When you go out for Hotel with your family all you need is, good food, prompt services, friendly staff, peaceful ambience in pocket friendly price. Luckily I got all of these here.

Great staff behavior. But there is not availability of hot water for shower as geyser are available but not in condition. Otherwise everything great.

Room was good and clean but space is small. Otherwise all are OK.

As the building is old, cleanliness may be an issue. A foul smell was there in the room. But overall it was satisfactorily good.
