Terrible Stay

1. Room was too gloomy and dark. No proper lighting. 2. Geyser was not working. They didn't even bother to get it shorted out. 3. Fan was making sound like a factory machine. They promised to get it fixed next day. N next day never came. 4. Force to pay in cash. They did not update cash payment on their system and asked for due payment again. Took time to short it out. 5. Food was not worth compare to price.

The worst experience of my life. this is not the hotel it's a bad OYO type and a baratghar.Pathari service by staff sorry staff to aapki milega he nhi.room aapka Clean hoga nhi.Water aapko milega nhi. morning basic needs like dental kit.saving kit aapko milegi nhi. Door locks aapka open hoga nhi.help K liye reception pr aapko koi milega nhi. Offer early check in ka karega or phir aapse charge dene k liye bolega. Very pathetic experience.

It's an old place that needs a revamp and cleanup of all their facilities, from linen to toilets. Bedsheets and towels are old and torn. I had booked for 2 days, wanted to cancel for the second day, and did not get any support from mm t either. We book through mm t to avoid such situations otherwise we can always go directly.
