Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD

During our recent family visit to Mangalore, we had stayed at Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD Deepa comforts for 2 nights. We had booked premium room. Check-in was smooth and i could see that the Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD was frequented by the business travelers even from overseas as well as families, who came to attend local functions. Premium room was little old and wore a dull look. Due to its Octagon shape, it did not have enough space to put up additional bed. There was additional small living room with low ceiling that had a sofa, cupboard and refrigerator. Room had all the required amenities including clean linen and towels. Breakfast had very good variety including local delicacies like Goli Bajje, Set Dosa, Ambade etc. However place where it was served was not good. It had bar like ambiance with dim lighting. There was enough parking place in the basement and overall it was satisfactory stay.

This last minute booking in Deepa Comforts did not set any expectations. We booked a superior room here with complimentary breakfast. The Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD is located on the main road and it is very easy to locate if you follow Google maps. As soon as we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was big, with all the necessities. The Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD has 2 restaurants, one of them being a pure veg restaurant, chutney. The taste was good and the rates were reasonable too. Parking available in the basement. We had a very good stay and the Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD is highly recommended.

I had booked this Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD while on the way from blur to mlr. It is located at market place very close to market area. Less than 500mtrs from famous machli restaurant. Do try their sea food. Hotel is marked as 4 star, and price as well, but its too old Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD. Rooms are clean and serviced, but the oldness is quite visible. Staff is courteous and food is also good. It's more like business Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD for people who come for business purpose. Food price is fairly great, not expensive.

Deepa comforts had been always a good stay for us on each visit to mangalore. However this time the stay was unpleasant the room was not kept clean, the bathroom was untidy, no toiletries was placed. The bathroom accessories were not working. Even the reception staff didn’t heed to any of the complaints and also the check in was unpleasant just like a lodge. The ratings of stay at this Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD as gone down from ‘luxury to transit stay ‘

Apparently well established Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD trying to keep up pace with new times. Room service and housekeeping was just ok - missing passion! for instance on a request for a spare cup- a cup was provided but was cracked. Front desk response was really good. Overnight parking though exclusively blocked for guests, was also being offered to guests in a local functional causing confusions to staying guests. In total, glorious past was visible.

Pros: - good staff - very quick checkin - checkout time was the time we checked in. We checked in at 6 pm, so our checkout time was also 6 pm - clean rooms - attending staff - housekeeping, room service - parking area ( outside and also basement) - location not so good: - small room size - chutney restaurants didn't follow covid norns much. Tables were close to one another. Staff wore masks below the mouth. - some sockets in the room didn't work

This is the best address in mangalore in my opinion. Quite professional people with the trademark mangalorean politeness and etiquette. Highly impressed with the ambience of the Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD. I would strongly recommended this property.

Excellent Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD in the heart of the city. Clean and spacious rooms, fully professional and friendly staff. Very hygienically maintained. Food is excellent both quality and cost wise. Good option for family couples etc to stay.

Deepa Comforts is like a second home to my family whenever we travel to Mangalore. Central location and clean rooms along with good dining options makes it our first choice

It was a good experience staying in deepa comforts. It has all the facilities which makes customer happy. We can find some of the popular places in mangalore near by like machalii, yenepoya hospital and city centre mall. Price is slightly high.

Deepa Comforts in Mangalore is a very nice and clean Hotel Deepa Comforts - M.G. ROAD. We had stayed there for 4 days. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the food they provide was good and there was lots of variety. The staff is very courteous and the location is very close to everything. On the whole, a great stay and I will certainly recommend Deepa Comforts.
