All fine. Staff well behaved. Clean. Central location. Restaurant food amazing. Morning breakfast superb. Enjoyed my stay both in Octiber and September. However two issues need to be taken care of. One Electrical points for cell charging ...most if the points are defective. Bathroom doors locks from inside need to be set right. Pointed out in September and again now If these two issues are sorted out then review can be Excellent

Horrifying

I would like to share my terrible experience with this hotel staff including security. I reached this place during Diwali (20th October 2025) around 1:00am. After reaching I had no parking space as it was filled up and security was careless in arranging a road parking or providing me with an alternative solution but was chasing us away stating parking is full. Then after multiple rounds of argument I got a tight parking space in the basement. This is the start of my horrifying experience. at the basement bike parking comes first and then we have car parking. At max we can park only 4 to 5 cars safely. I'm not sure why bikes were parked behind the car parking area. As my parking space was tight there was just a way for someone to walk. But, to my surprise a bike went to park behind the car parking space completely scrapping my driver side door and behind it using the handle bar. Taking your car out is also difficult and there is no safety in parking your car even though security is there. If you want good parking space then please don't opt for this Hotel. Please Note: We informed the security behaviour to the front office. The front office person was rude, not polite and completely useless. Because of this we checked the Hotel by 3:30am.

The admin staffs were so kind and room facililties was so excellent and neat and clean and it was a nice and calm stay providing water bottle was so unique and good and house keeping persons were so kind they cleaned immediately when told and at night reception brother was so kind and good thank you

Really a very good stay at deepam. We started our trip from hyderabad to srirangam from this hotel and next we went madurai, rameswaram kanyakumari after five days we completed our trip and back to same hotel to reach hyderabad. It was a great stay.

Convenient location. Attached to a great restaurant which serves delicious food. Rooms were big and comfortable mattresses. Toilets walls and tiles could be little cleaner, however its not too bad. The staffs were very helpful and polite. Loved their hospitality. Will definitely come back!
