Title: A Comfortable and Convenient Stay Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars) I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel during a business trip, and overall, my experience was average. While there were some positive aspects, there were also a few areas that could use improvement. First and foremost, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh, which contributed to a good night's sleep. The customer service was satisfactory, with staff members being polite and responsive to my requests. However, there were a few instances where it took longer than expected to address some minor issues. It would have been nice to see more proactive and efficient service. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a plus for staying connected during my trip. However, the fitness center was small and lacking in equipment, making it less appealing for those who prioritize exercise during their stay. On the other hand, the on- restaurant provided a decent selection of dishes, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel's location was quite convenient, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. This made exploring the area and finding dining options much easier. Overall, while my stay was average, it provided the necessary comfort and convenience for my trip. With some improvements in customer service and amenities, this hotel has the potential to provide a more exceptional experience to its guests.

Room attendant has stolen my headphones and when i have requested manager to see the cctv footage, manager denied and told me that i hadn't left here.

This hotel is located at walkable distance from new delhi railway station. Staff of the hotel was wellbehawed and very prompted

Rooms and bathroom are not clean as pics. Same for bed sheets and towels. Broken ac which is not even as good as fan. Hot water comes only between 6 am to 10 am.

Cigarette smell in entire room. No towels, holes in the room, no ac working. Am i paying for a gaming. Is this the way of entertaining hotels?

The room was so bad that only the reception was showing clean and also the room service person was not good These people came and asked for tips for everybody and also they mentioned every food for 10% service charges so why did he ask for a tip not at all for good experience I have given 0 ⭐ for this hotel thanks

There is a lots of different inside facilities and interior in your site and room they have. Very old furniture and lots of dirty smell inside room

Nice experience and comfortable stay

The ac here is controlled by reception. So you don't have the right to turn it on and off at your will, you have to go all the way to receptionist to turn the ac on, because there is no phone call for the receptionist only for room service. Room service are not that bad.

We had booked the deluxe room and when v reached v vr informed that the ac is not working service is not been done. They gave us triple bed which was not needed bsc they hd no rooms available. Thats one things. Secondly the people at the reception talk as if they owe u and your are not they customer. Hence they don't worry about keeping the bedsheets clean or towel or washroom etc. One bottle water is costing 33 rs the guy who came to give water was peeping in to see. I told him what are you looking at. I will recommend couple and family not to book here. I really surprised to see the behavior of the owner changing when me made the call yo MMT to discuss this. He said the ac was working and it stopped working just when v arrived. it was late night and we hd to leave the nxt day. I request everyone to think before booking

Neat & clean room. Easily accessible from new delhi railway station. Good facilities. Staff's are also good

location is very near to NDRS. stay is comfortable but hygiene is a concern.

I stayed for a week on a personal trip. With reasonable tariff it is located just a minute's walk from new delhi railway station had some good food in the room service. A few good street food restaurants very nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Check-in and check-out was hassle free. The room service is quick but they charged 30% more than mrp on menu (in addition to 10% service charge. This needs to be checked by hotel management
