Hotel Devlok Primal

I booked a club suite and stayed from 12th June to 14th June, 2017. Its overall a good Hotel to stay in Mussoorie but you may see other options also. Cons: It is though very near to mall road (250 meters around) but it is on that road which is 24x7 full of vehicles. Hence if you have kids (up to 7-8 years) with you it is never safe to walk through this road to reach mall road. Very noisy in day time, you can not sleep at all. You will regularly listen to the noise of vehicles, people talking around etc. Etc. Though at night there was no such noise. Tea Pot was stinking very badly. No shaving kit, toothpaste provided in bathrooms. Though service was very quick when I asked someone to get me a toothpaste from the market. Regarding view, there was no balcony but a big window. So view was limited. Some good points: Food was value for money. The prices of food were very reasonable. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms were also well maintained. Taxi Stand is just opposite to it. Very pleasant, quick and nice staff. Best thing is they never expect any tip from you. Staff helps you in each and everything like calling for taxi, coolie etc. In my opinion go for a non-view room, book without breakfast option that will be much cheaper. Double Deluxe room was found better than club suite. In club suite you just get one TV extra and nothing else.

Property is located at 2 mins walking distance from library chowk entrance of mall road and also stone throw away from taxi stand for kempty water fall. Property has roof top parking space, but we had to handover the keys at the reception as the Hotel Devlok Primal was fully occupied and so was the parking, so it would help them if they wanted to move around the cars. All basic amenities were provided except toiletries. Not sure, if they would have provided if we would had asked. Rooms were fine and the bathroom had entry from both rooms. We had chosen club suite. Breakfast had limited options. We also ordered lunch, food quality was fine and also reasonably priced. We could hear from our room, children playing outside the room and also in the corridor we could hear some loud music being played in other room, so some sound proofing should be improved, although we didn't mind the kids or the nice music.

I have no word to say that The Hotel Devlok Primal was very good and awesome view from there all good.. I have gone lots of time in Mussoorie and stayed many time and many Hotel Devlok Primals but Devlok Hotel was the best Hotel Devlok Primal.. I will never give 5 I will give 100 out of 100 this Hotel Devlok Primal. About the Hotel Devlok Primal management and room service all good.. We alway face the parking problem but in Devlok Hotel parking I like this Hotel Devlok Primal parking... I have no more words to appreciate.

The room service and help desk was prompt. The bathroom had fancy tiles & fittings with toileteries but geysor was a little let down as they were not insta heat and without automatic cut . The room floor is vitrified. Hotel can provide disposable slippers for warmth of feet . Improvement is required in the quality of towels, bedsheet, doormat. 2 electric sockets were not functional in our room . My father had ordered simple dinner which was OK.

We just wanted a relaxed getaway for the weekend and so we opted for a trip to Mussorrie. Devlok Primer Hotel Devlok Primal just added few relaxing Stars to our trip. The Hotel Devlok Primal is decent, view is average, not more valley view rooms but still you can compromise because of the balcony. The Hotel Devlok Primal doesn't own a bar or sell liquor, so it might created a problem for few. In all, the stay was nice and safe.

Hotel is near Gandhi chowk walking distance from mall road. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Overall value for money.

Hotel is awesome. It is near Gandhi chowk. Complimentary parking facility available. Rooms are pretty clean. Deluxe non-views rooms are in budget. Family suite is little expensive but more spacious and with balcony attached. Gun hill, Tibetan market are nearest point. Staff is very helpful. Overall it's worth staying there. Awesome stay. Location was great just 100-150 meters away from mall road but near to kempty fall taxi stand. Hotel room was big and good but could be better with interior somewhere pop was peeling off. Basic amenities like toiletries were not ample for 2 days stay and staff did not top it up when key given for cleaning. Room was colder than outside. Parking for car was also there.

Rooms are too good the room service in this Hotel Devlok Primal is nice also in this Hotel Devlok Primal the WiFi speed is better, is located near the nice place, the dinner is also good in taste and the room services is well mane red

Firstly, it is at great location, you can reach there by either hiring taxi or even through bus. Bus stand is near to this Hotel Devlok Primal. Good and clean Hotel Devlok Primal and good staff. I would recommended this Hotel Devlok Primal as a pocket friendly. Near to Hotel Devlok Primal is the rickshaw stand, through which you can go to company garden.

Rooms are little compact than usual. They don't serve buffet breakfast only offer as ordered individually.

Its nice to stay at Hotel Devlok Primal devlok location is quitd nice service is good but food is very reasonable and tasty. It was a great experience to at this place I would like to stay there next time its very nice

First time visit and stay. I visited so many time but never stayed. This is first stay and the hospitality and staff are so good. Clean room and nice balcony view.

Value for money. It is near bus stop and mall road. Its on very busy road. Food is very good with normal price. Not much costly but room was not great. Was leakage in bathroom. But I am satisfy fir what I paid. And will stay again there if I will come again Mussoorie.

The Hotel Devlok Primal is clean and rooms are spacious. Hotel staff is good and quite helpful. Definitely will stay again if I am in Mussoorie.

Good Hotel. Neat and clean room. Bathroom also big and clean. Staff is very cooperative. Location also not so far from Gandhi Chowk. Overall full value of money.

It's a very good Hotel Devlok Primal. I went with my wife and enjoyed a lot. The location of the Hotel Devlok Primal is very good. Easy to walk around by foot. The room facility was very impressive. And ofcourse the staff of the Hotel Devlok Primal is very supportive. Over all a very good stay in the Hotel Devlok Primal.

We spent 2 nights here. The Room interior was best. Cleaning was best and Service was also best. Fooding was better compared to outside. There was some issue during online booking between me and Makemytrip but Hotel Devlok Primal manager resolved it without additional payment. His attitude was also cool. We experienced very good during stay.
