Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium

General manager, Mayur knows how to prick money from visitor's pocket. He books your cabs. Charged much higher per person for nathula pass, which I think we were fooled by him since others got at lower rate, so its better if you book by yourself. Breakfast had variety, rooms were neat and kept tidy. We checked in late at 11pm due to delayed flight, but the Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium didn't show any concern. Not much housekeeping staff available, delaying the facilities. We were told by one of the staff members to leave the keys in the room itself but one of the staff member, called and kind of shouted at us, that why we didn't keep the keys at reception. Dude, have some coordination amongst yourself and manners to treat your guests. Thanks. Neatness and cleaniless gets a thumbs up.

I was in Dew Pond Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium with my wife for 6 days. We were very warmly greeted on arrival. There were not many staff present but the manager was extremely helpful and made arrangements for a comfortable stay. We had a special preference of no onion, no garlic food and they went that extra mile, to prepare food without onion and garlic every time we wanted. Food was very tasty and the Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium is well maintained. I had a nice and memorable stay overall. I would recommend it to other guests as well.

Though it is nearer to m go market it is very stiff to walk while going. Running taxis are available at all times. Room we had taken was spacious. Extra mattress was provided as per booking. Manager and other staff were good, except one attendant who was very arrogant and need to learn how to speak to guests from other attendants. Need to keep stock of vegetables during tourist season. Option for veg dinner was very limited. Option for breakfast also was very limited. Overall good Hotel.

The location is beautiful and very easily accessible. It has the view of the Paljor stadium, Gangtok, the m. Go. Marg is within a km from this location. The rooms are spacious and the beds were clean. The service is average but better than most Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadiums of Gangtok. Food is average, while the service could have been a bit better. The manager is good.

Good Hotel with nice location. Mg Marg is at 10 minutes walking distance. Food was OK. More food items should be added to the breakfast menu. The Hotel manager Mr. Mayur was very helpful and helped us in getting cars for sightseeing at competitive rates. Also guided us on how to go about seeing other places in Sikkim. Overall, a value for money stay Hotel in Gangtok.

Got room within five minutes at reception , very courteous staff behind reception desk. Checked in room found very clean and spacious. We are three of family me , my wife and daughter. Nothing to complain . Very near to MG market , walking distance. Didn’t try food here . We leave early morning to Lachung. Very pleasant and comfortable stay at this price.

Our stay was short but loved the whole duration of stay. Rooms are super spacious, great accessibility to mg road by taxi, staff is very diligent and cooperative and to top the experience, food is super tasty and rates are very reasonable. Inshort i will suggest this Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium to all my friends planning to visit gangtok in future.

The Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium is nice for a stay of one or two days. All the amenities are good. Food quality is also good. The only disadvantage is that the Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium is a bit far from the mg marg (around 1 km away) and the path leading to the Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium from mg marg is very steep.

Hotel location is good. Attendents are also good. Cleanliness of rooms can be improved and costs of foods are too high. By improving this, this Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium can be best choice for tourists.

Good behaviour and clean Hotel Dew Pond-Near Palzor Stadium.

The room was clean and well sanitised. The bed rolls and sheets are also freshly changed. The bathroom was neat and clean. The wifi was also working just fine. And the room service was excellent just as the food was. And lastly thanks to makemytrip because of you i get an absolutely awesome deal. Sadly i didn't click pictures of the room.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staffs we're kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. There was coffee and tea in the room so it was a nice touch. Would come here again.
