Hotel Dhroov

Very nice Hotel Dhroov and staff. Very near to mall road. Very big rooms and valley view room was awesome and toilets are very big and clean as well. Food is also very tasty and reasonable pricing. Instead of eating outside Hotel Dhroov i will prefer to eat in your room by ordering from room service. Only disappointing point that the prices of alcohols beers and wine are little overpriced. Else everything is good and must visit the experience. Thanks to make my trip and Hotel Dhroov

Hotel is situated in lakar bazar, it's walking distance from Mall road, but not as convenient for little elder people it's around 400-500mtrs. which consists of stairs and because of mountains obviously it's not plane😅. Hotel has private car parking boon for Shimla. As majority Hotel Dhroovs lack of rooms we took were spacious and clean with beautiful valley view. sheets and pillows are old.. need to be changed. They were clean but looks tired and old. Property was clean washrooms and all were perfect. TV wifi hot water everything was perfect. Can easily recommend.

Hotel is at good location just 10 min walking distance to mall road with some nearby local shop just opposite to Hotel Dhroov. Food is good including breakfast. They have ample parking which takes care of car/cab and driver room. If you want to have valley view which is very beautiful choose their room accordingly as their classic category is having view of wall of other Hotel Dhroov. Staff is great specially mr shubham. Only thing is that Hotel Dhroov room rent is bit on higher side otherwise everything is great. I will recommend this Hotel Dhroov.

It was really fantastic stay and I am really happy for my decision which landed me at Dhroov Hotel. Really well decorated Hotel Dhroov and rooms are super clean and beautiful. Special thanks to Mr. Umesh for assisting us in regard of upgrading room. He gave best room for our honeymoon trip which added best memories. It was like cherry on top. Staff was well courteous and friendly Shubham is gem. Always smile and feel happy to help out. Thanks to everyone for your top notch service and loving hospitality.

I booked a deluxe room without breakfast. But at arrival they provided us a classic room with breakfast. Hotel room was specious and washroom was excellent . Everywhere it was clean. Staff is good we did 45 min delay checkout with a smile and waited in the evening in reception area due to having bus in night. For mall road and ridge you need to walk 1 km and it has steep climbing but if you are young you can do it easily . Tibbet market and lakkad bazar is nearby . Hotel has enough parking space.

I visited with my friend recently. Our stay was very good. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. The room was also very good with all the basic amenities. The only downside was that they provided us a non-view room. Don't ever book beforehand this Hotel Dhroov. Visit them and take a room that has view with it as who wants to stay in mountain without any view of mountains. Parking also available if traveling by your own car. Overall it was a nice experience.

Hotel was super clean. Room as well as bathroom was very spacious Loved the light fixtures, style of switches, bedding, sofas. Each and everything was beautiful. Flooring of Hotel was glittery and so attractive. I would love to stay there again if I visit Shimla. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. And the breakfast was full of variety and delicious. I couldn't find a single flaw. And the plus point is that the mall Road is at walking distance.

The Hotel is located at walking distance from the mall Road, but the premium rooms facing the Valley ensure you dont have the mid-market feeling. Also the premium rooms are spacious and well laid out I would rate the property quite high among Shimla peers The Hotel staff is yet in learning mode on hospitality and need a bit of training Mr. Sachin sood, gm takes keen interest in Hotel standards which is nice to See

Appropriate, close to ridge, main location

Stay and staff was very nice. There was limitations in the food that we wanted to order but otherwise the experience was good

Location is good. It's near ridge. Food timings can be improved though. Tandoor items are only available from 7-9. 30 pm. No snacks post 9. 30 and last order at 10 pm. Lots can be improved here. Otherwise a great stay and very helpful and courteous staff.

Fine stay. Rooms are fine. Need to provide blower cozy Shimla is cold. Very cold.

Knows Hotel Dhroov very well, even got call from Hotel Dhroov about my booking and tentative time of arrival but due to some unavoidable circumstances not able to visit / stay in property, this will be great help if make my trip can adjust this amount for next booking

Just lack of window and balcony view otherwise awesome specially staff behave.

Very good location. Valley view room must take. Slightly expensive but overall fine.

The Hotel Dhroov staff upgraded my room for no charge. The staff from house keeping to restuarant waiters to security personnel were very friendly and efficient in their duties. Parking facilities were perfect in a mountain location. I will revisit this location whenever i again go to shimla.

Property, location, food, hygiene all are fantastic

Hotel is located near ridge. Premium room with Valley views are excellent. We had a great time in this Hotel. Everything is good except food. Food is very expressive with low quality. But stay is very pleasant.
