Hotel Dhruv Palace

It was a lodge. They are trying to make it a Hotel Dhruv Palace. It is written 500m from temple but it is almost 1. 1km from temple. Location is good for triyambkeshwar visitors as it is in the temple zone and not in main city. Atm is next to Hotel Dhruv Palace. I got a small average ac room with a small bathroom. Switches were loose. Bathroom was at little height. Restaurant is average with slow staff. If we order tea we get it after 45 mins. Tv didn't worked. Asked several times and no one turned up. I informed them at night i ll check out in morning. In morning reminded one hour early that i ll check out still they couldn't provide me my bills. One part of Hotel Dhruv Palace is renovated but i got the room in non renovated area. Water in bathroom was little dark. Either water tank was dirty or water in the city is dirty. Overall average stay near triyambkeshwar temple. Good for people who visit for pooja and darshan.

The Hotel Dhruv Palace is aroubd15 minutes walking distance from trambtakeshwar mandir. The room allotted for three persons was a quite big and comfortable for room movement. But toilet flushing tank with tab joint with rubber tube was in broken condition which was causing inconvenience while using. The door of the toilet was foxed with inferior quality bolt. The management should oay attention to these important aspect to get cimoletw aatisfaction report. The dinning room of the Hotel Dhruv Palace was also serving stansard food for the travellers

I understand this is a 23yr Hotel Dhruv Palace. Yet excellent in terms of hygiene. Food was really good. Away from mainstream yet walkable to mandir. If the management makes the hot water 24hours it will be great for travellers. No entertainment once back in room due to dth not working the prior we check in was done by me yet the staff asked for physical id card, a however the owner was there to intervene and explain the glitches. Felt they are trying to digitalis e and on testing only best place in triambk and recommend for all family

My stay at Hotel Dhruv Palace dhruv palace in trimkeshwar temple was truly delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Manager nitesh is very helpful l overall, i highly recommend Hotel Dhruv Palace dhruv palace for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

Since it is a tourist place, i had very least expectations about my stay, but my experience with dhruv was really good from all aspects. The entire staff was very polite and receptive. Neatly maintained rooms and food was also good. They are so customer friendly, they even managed to cook desired food though they are not serving them at that point in time. Pricing was also affordable. Over all i had very nice stay and experience. It was added to my list of favorite places to stay.

It was a really nice stay at Hotel Dhruv Palace dhruva palace. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Dhruv Palace. Everything about the Hotel Dhruv Palace was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay.

Place was fine room was good easily locatable and food was also good. I can prefer it to my friends and families who ever wants to visit and the temple is walkable distance from Hotel Dhruv Palace. So overall Hotel Dhruv Palace is nice. But only few things are not good that is pillows are not that soft, fans were making noise and at last the water tap was broken need to fix that.

Pro - location, parking, nearby to the temple, cheap. Cons- room space, tv not working, in 03 need room only single fan, congested room space, 3rd floor ac room seepage print. Overall good to stay, staff behaviour is good, if anyone is looking for a budget Hotel Dhruv Palace then it is a good one to go.

It was overall a good experience that too in budget. Temple is also nearby just 5-7 mins of walking. Rooms was neat and clean just bathrooms are small in size.

Wash wash-in water supply was not proper, also leekage in toilet tank, otherwise ok this has been reported.

One floor of the Hotel Dhruv Palace was under renovation. Reception and staff were courteous and polite. Only thing i didn't like was cockroches in the bathroom.

Overall good experience. Some short comings in the room, some of switches are not properly installed.

Location was easily accessible and near to trimbakeshwar temple. Although, restaurant at the property had limited options and limited staff, food and service was good.

Property is under renovation, but the staff is very good and polite. Little more cleanliness is required in rooms and leakage in bathrooms needs to be addressed.
