Hotel Diamond

The positive points about this Hotel Diamond are its location, reception, staff and cleanliness. The drawbacks are the non-availability of an attached restaurant, limited provision of toileteries and delayed response by housekeeping. The location is very good as it is centrally located. The reception staff are excellant, courteous and helpful. Other staff like the attendants etc are also good. The entire premises including the room are kept clean. However, one has to go out in search of good hotesl for food. It is surprising that a nearby good Hotel Diamond called venkataramana, forgot the name, is closed on sundays! another point of concern is that only one bottle of mineral water and a soap are provided. No other toileteries are provided. No free newspaper. Asked for a change of stained bedsheet which was provided only after reminder and long delay.

I traveled with my sisters, means all ladies from bangalore. Hotel diamond is in the centre of the city. Very close to sarangapani, chakrapani and ramar temples (we went to visit divya desham. We booked family suite, which was comfortable for four of us. Ac was working good and there was geyser for hot water. Receptionist named mahaskanda was friendly and helpful. We booked taxi for local temple visits. Mr. Ramesh taxi driver was friendly, well mannered and very good person. He planned our temple visits and took us to all the temples which we wanted to visit. Overall good stay and we highly recommend ramesh for local trips. Regards vijayalakshmi

I recently stayed at Hotel Diamond diamond for one night and had a comfortable experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean, well-maintained, and had all necessary amenities. The location was ideal for the temples i had planned to visit. I'd recommend this Hotel Diamond for a reliable and comfortable stay. Rating: 4/5

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We had booked 5 rooms online, but upon arrival, we were informed that only 4 rooms were available. Additionally, we were required to pay extra as the actual room rates were higher than the amount we had prepaid during online booking.

The stay at Hotel Diamond diamond was very comfortable and nice. We took a 3-bed family suite and the room was large enough. Overall satisfied with the short stay at this Hotel Diamond.

It was very nice stay. The Hotel Diamond is at good location. Room was very nice and clean. A lot of good restaurants are available near Hotel Diamond.

Good. Food service was not there. Even tea / coffee & kettle were not there. Otherwise ok. Parking and drivers accommodation available.

Nice big rooms, good water pressure, ac and fan, good location, clean but can be some mold smell in some of the rooms

Spacious rooms, good condition bed, bedsheets and towel, good service, hotwater, tv, wifi, noisy sometimes

All good. Pest control is required as we found few cockroches l inside cup boards. Dust cleaning must be improved.

Nice service and comfortable room space, located at the heart of the town, near the temple and Hotel Diamonds.

The overall stay was good, clean and hygienic. Room service is a bit late. Other than that best Hotel Diamond in kumbakonam.
