My experience is worst as condition of room is pathetic , there is no hygiene , doors are brokened ,no ac , geyser, filthy floor, only name is diamond in reality it is coal please do not visit it will spoil your trip .

This hotel is completely a wastage of money as well as time. I checkin this hotel with my family it’s almost 600 meters from Library Chowk and the rooms and washroom are completely a disaster. Bad smell, mosquitoes, broken floorings, termites (Deemak) on was bed, windows and all over the wooden work. Please do not checkin this hotel as they are not interested to make their customers happy they are just making money with a disaster property

last hotel maine hotel diamond book Kiya tha or jo room show ker raha tha aap per waisa room nahi tha koi room diya jo bahut bekaar tha or naa hi washroom acha tha or room to bekaar tha hi sath mai room ke ke door per curtain bhi nahi tha just like jaise dharamshala ka room hota hai waisa tha waise wo bhi isse achhe hote hai but baaki mai or kya batau buhut hi jyada karab experience raha mera or uper se reception staff ka behaviour bhi bahut rud tha mera to raat ka experience bahut bekaar ho gaya paise laga ker bhi mai pagal bann gaya

Good budget hotel for stay

Hotel had a great view, rooms were clean and staff support was excellent intact i would rate the staff support as best. However few things which need to improve door locks and knobs should be good and in working condition. As mussoorie climate is very cold with good breeze proper methods to heat room and hotel interiors are required. Besides steep staricases would discourage lots of tourists to stay

Nice location and overall good ambience. The staff is courteous. The food spread is decent and is of good quality. It’s situated after crossing mussoorie and few minutes ride away. Though it’s very near to famous kempty falls. They even offer guided walks on nearby mountain trails/tracks
