Hotel had a great view, rooms were clean and staff support was excellent intact i would rate the staff support as best. However few things which need to improve door locks and knobs should be good and in working condition. As mussoorie climate is very cold with good breeze proper methods to heat room and Hotel Diamond interiors are required. Besides steep staricases would discourage lots of tourists to stay

Best part of this Hotel Diamond is the roof top terrace with a view of both mussoorie hills and dehradun valley. Great service. All staff were extremely helpful, who helped us complete all our events smoothly. Room service was also fast and very clean. The food is also very delicious. Wonderful experience overall would definitely recommend the Hotel Diamond especially for family.

Nice location and overall good ambience. The staff is courteous. The food spread is decent and is of good quality. It’s situated after crossing mussoorie and few minutes ride away. Though it’s very near to famous kempty falls. They even offer guided walks on nearby mountain trails/tracks
