I, have searched it online, location is good, food is good, amenities is not upto the mark,poor service.

spacious room with all the amenities cleanliness is an issue specially in washroom. otherwise good stay helpful and good staff

I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at hotel mini mahal and would like to bring the following issues to your attention: 1. Toilet flush not working properly – The flush in my room was not functioning correctly, which caused considerable inconvenience during my stay. 2. Blanket not provided – Despite requesting one, I was not provided with a blanket by the hotel staff. 3. Breakfast not provided – Although my booking included breakfast, it was not offered during my stay. I kindly request you to look into these matters to improve the experience for future guests. Additionally, I would appreciate it if any compensation or resolution can be considered for the inconvenience caused

The location is near the railway station and the staff are very cooperative as a solo traveler hotel is very safe and clean. I have to reach the railway station at 4 am in the morning.one staff member drop me with safety ♥️

Worst Stay ever. Not recommended for family. Rooms are not clean. Room facility are not working like Getsersl, Switches.

Disappointing Hotel Experience I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at the Thai hotel. The experience was subpar, with several issues: - No water bottle provided - even No tea offered - Essential amenities were lacking Considering these shortcomings, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Room is not as good as we had expected and there was no pick up from railway station by hotel as we were informed earlier

The hotel is clean, but there was no hot water provided. The quality of food was average. The main advantage was that the hotel was near the railway station.

please 🙏🥺 don't ever book this hotel...first of all the location is not good ..it is in gali...and they do not respond to needs of customers....and price of hotel is way high as compared to the actual position of the room... please don't get carried away by pictures.. please save your money by going for any other hotel...then the staff of hotel is not cooperative.

I had booked this hotel basis the reviews and ratings in MMT for my 2 nights stay in Amritsar and it was a very good experience. I would say it was really nice and compact stay basis the budget. What made this stay amazing was the service provided by their staff. They were really prompt, very kind and helpful. Even though their food quality at their restaurant was amazing. I would give a special mention to their restaurant manager Prem Kumar. This guy was very helpful throughout.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, hotel was conveniently located near to railway station and room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep ever.

Excellent stay and service, nice approachable location. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

The diamond inn hotel in chandigarh was very bad, first of all it is in between residential streets, the photos we saw it was like it's on the road. That's but very bad hygiene. Everything was so smelly towels blankets were not clean. Room was not proper ventilated. Very bad experience not suggesting anyone

I had a very bad experience while staying in this hotel, the rooms had a very bad smell of shoes and socks, in the name of drinking water they give tap water, despite official booking they will not give you sealed pack mineral water, the remote of the acs installed in their rooms does not work properly, the staff here is also very dirty and does not keep themselves clean, this is not a hotel but a box of complaints and if you like a good and clean hotel then never book a hotel in this area named dariya and if ever you have to book a hotel in this area under extreme compulsion then book a good hotel after seeing the rating etc. Of such hotels. I would like to say one more thing about this hotel that when you look at the faces of all the waiters and housekeeping staff here, you will feel as if you are their enemy, and when we order any food from them, at that time all these people stare at us as if we are eating food from them for free. Looking at them, it will seem as if they are doing this job under compulsion and they have no interest in this work. Thank you

Room is not upto the mark and moreover the locality is not good. The moment you will enter the room you would not feel the vibe of staying in the room.
