Hotel Diplomat

This was our second visit to the Hotel Diplomat and experience was as good as our first visit. Location is excellent and room service is very good. Breakfast buffet was elaborate having both vegetarian and non vegetarian option and quality of the food was also good. But this time there were some issues in our deluxe room, bedside electric sockets were not working and exhaust fan of bathroom was broken and there was no way of ventilation in the bathroom other than that broken exhaust fan. I hope there a was way to fix those problems on the spot or Hotel Diplomat could have allotted us with another deluxe room. Other than those minor issues our experience to stay at the Hotel Diplomat was pleasant. I will highly recommend this Hotel Diplomat to anyone visiting mumbai.

Hotel location is at prime location just behind the taj Hotel Diplomat mumbai and easy to locate. Room was spacious for two person and even spacious for family. Best part of Hotel Diplomat was far away from mumbai crowd, noise and room has window for fresh air. Staff are polite and ensures guest comfort be it cleanses or service or quality of food. Only breakfast serves in buffet in medium size room rest meals serves in room service. A lot of food options at reasonable or luxurious are available within half kilometre. Morning and midnight walk of marine drive was unforgettable. This 2 days visit was most comfortable and peaceful Hotel Diplomat stay in mumbai. I recommend this Hotel Diplomat for business or personal trip travel.

The location of the Hotel Diplomat is just very good as it is walking distance from the gate way and cst. However the location is also a problem as it is located just next to colaba social and starbucks is just opposite to the Hotel Diplomat. Our room was on the road side and couldn't sleep most of the night due to the continuous noise on the road. So if you plan to book, avoid rooms that are close to the roadside. The service was awesome, staff is very polite and courteous. We wanted breakfast at 3am and they happily arrange for it and it was served in the room exactly at the quite requested. Food is good, they don't have a restaurant however room service is available. Overall a great experience.

I stayed there with my wife for two days. One of the main deal breaker for this is Hotel Diplomat is its location. Its located near to gateway of india, taj, nariman point, colaba market, marine drive. Once outside the Hotel Diplomat you will enjoy every single moment of your stay. Inside the Hotel Diplomat is old, in dire need of revamp and repairs. Building has cracks. The rooms are hold lighting not prpoer. Breakfast is below average, repeated same choices. But given the location the Hotel Diplomat justifies its price. Recommended for budget stay. Overall the staff is professional. I enjoyed my stay there.

Yes. The stay at Hotel Diplomat diplomat was as expected. It is in good vicinity walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, cafes and bar. It is less than a minute walk from gateway of india and just behind iconic Hotel Diplomat taj. The rooms were bigger than expected in mumbai with great ac and comfortable bed. It has Hotel Diplomat water 24x7 aswell as eating options available. I would recommend to choose this Hotel Diplomat and area for stay in mumbai. Yes, it is also in same building as colaba social

Excellent location, clean rooms, timely service and hospitable staff. They even upgraded our room because of availability. I stayed for two nights to participate in tata mumbai marathon. They even provide early breakfast to participants of marathon. Colaba market and various tourist spots are just walkable distance with choices in restaurants, shopping and prime sights are in vicinity; like gateway of india and taj. Would recommend and chose it again for stay.

Well the location of the Hotel Diplomat was perfect, the front office staff extremely helpful, courteous and they upgraded us. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, we had a ac problem, and they inmidiately changed our room. On the whole we enjoyed the holiday of two nights, shopping just a walk away, i would definitely recommend the Hotel Diplomat, and will surely be staying there again in the near future. No

I only have good experience in this Hotel Diplomat. It was a short stay for me. The Hotel Diplomat staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are good and clean. Most important that the location of the Hotel Diplomat mins away from india gate and colaba local market. You will get plenty of restaurants near the Hotel Diplomat. Yo summarise it i had great stay.

The location is awesome, the rooms are clean and have an appropriate size. The cleaning is a daily routine which is highly appreciated. Food we only had breakfast. The room for breakfast could be renovated to make it lighter but that did not disturb us since the breakfast was very good and hygienic. The price for the Hotel Diplomat and service is fair.

Staff was cordial and good. Ambience was good. Breakfast could be better. Hot water was not available in the morning for bath.

Property is in a very good area and all the things were up to the mark. Stay i would say was absolutely perfect. Only thing which can be improved is breakfast option as it was very limited.

The stay was good, the parking is paid valet which is bit of inconvenience as you will have to negotiate and there is no fixed price.

I was a bit skeptical when i checked in with my family but was immediately put to ease by the mgmt. It cane as a surprise when they upgraded my room. The location, hospitality is great. Tube breakfast is decent but the dining space is cramped. Overall great stay and yes the location is the extra factor.

Hotel resides in such an excellent location (behind Taj Hotel Diplomat), where you will get half view of 🌅 sunrise. Services also too good and room is too spacious with 🛁 bathtub, mini fridge and other necessary amenities and the cleanliness of the room is 100 out of 100.
