I didn’t have a great experience at Hotel Divine Destination. The room size was quite small, and to make things worse, there were cockroaches roaming around. We complained, and the staff came and sprayed Hit, but that’s not the kind of solution you expect from a hotel. The only good part about the stay was the location.

Location is good. Food is fine but very limited options. Rooms are very small. All amenities mentioned are not provided- dental kit, coffee and tea pouches, mini bar etc. service is very slow. Blanket was smelly

This hotel is very close, kind of walkable distance from the main Ghat and the temple. The food tastes amazing. Must try their food from their restaurant. The room size is small other than this everything else was 10 on 10.

Building's Location is Good. But building is Old, Rooms are very small, no space for extra mattress in room. mobile internet does not work inside hotel, wi fi is very slow. Room services are very slow. toiletries are not proper,not provided even after demanding. Water bottle, tea/coffee items, cups are provided after too many calls. Good things: Room Cleaning is done on time. building is on walking distance from kashi vishvnaath temple.

Hotel is at very good location. Hotel staffs are very good and helpful. Although I faced some issue like dental kit was not provided as it was out of stock that day but staff helped to buy it from market and provided. few things to improve - Cleanliness can be improved as I found bedsheets, sofa covers were not cleaned and found some cockroaches in the room and bathroom. parking is paid - 400 INR for one day ( since hotel doesnt have own parking - most of the hotels in this area doesn't have own parking, because of space issue) I think it should be mentioned in the listing, so that custome can make informed decision of total cost of staying. Brwakfast was average. If one has time then better to have breakfast outside, as there are better option outside. most important thing is if anyone is reaching after 3 or 4 PM, many roads towards hotels are closed and have to take detour single narrowed lane ( which will not show up in google maps)

It is a very good hotel on the road, it is located very close to the temple, there is very good arrangement for food nearby and it is in the middle of the city, it has a very good location.

No parking facility at hotel Rooms are also not up to mark Costly compared to the facilities provided

The room was worse, taps , basin in the washroom was not working perfectly, room was not clean, cockroach were moving in the cupboard as well as on the bed, it was the worse experience I have ever had

The hotel was neat and clean and the service was great. The food especially the fulkas was very nice and fresh home made food.

We went to Varanasi on Oct 20th and stayed at Devine Destination Inn. The stay was comfortable, though the hotel is situated on the main market place and due to metro work it is congested. But the hotel provided the comfort we were looking forward. The rooms were clean and specious. We were given the suites and it provided all amenities that is required. We have booked the package that included Breakfast and Dinner. The food was good, specially the dinner thalis it was awesome. If you are vegetarian you will enjoy the variety. Now coming to mandir Darshana. The Vishwanath trample gate 4 is around 800 meters. So it is walking distance. The Dashamed ghat is also around same distance from hotel. Due to mandir proximity the area is super crowded. Overall Hotel Devine Destination is a place for good stay in budget and if your main per pose is to visit the Vishwnath temple.

First of all, I am giving a poor rating only because of the service. Otherwise, the location of that particular hotel is good. It’s a prime location, and all the prime visiting places are near the hotel. However, the service in the room is really poor. If you call for room service, they do not respond quickly, and after a long time, like more than two or three hours later, they come and provide the services. Otherwise, they do not come and do their job on their own, so it’s really disappointing. Additionally, the room condition is not as good as shown in their picture.

The location of the hotel was very good we found that easily, I booked a classic room but the room condition was very bad as many times we faced flash problem in the washroom but they did not solved it & cockroachs were crawling around the walls of the room & in the refrigerator, we saw a large hole in the ceiling & it was covered with white cello tape & basically, I would like to say that room service experience was very bad, every time we had to call for room service but they would come after one and a half hour to two hours & one day after room service we found that they had taken all towels from our room but they did not replace them with new towels & I called the reception to get new towels but they did not provide that. so my humble request to hotel authority please improve your service

The condition of the washroom was extremely poor — it was unhygienic and not properly maintained. The geyser was not working, and neither was the TV. The bed sheets provided were in terrible condition — old, stained, and not clean. Additionally, the telephone in the room was not functioning, making it difficult to contact reception or room service. When I raised these issues with the hotel staff, they were not responsive and seemed unwilling to address my concerns. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their service and facilities.
