All are too much bad 😞Very bad location. Rooms are not good,no extra space.

good and secured place to stay for a night or day in course of your travel to various destinations to hilly areas of north bengal

no facility of interver and light also goes plus water facility is poor and is there staff behavior is bad

It was a pleasant experience staying here for 2 nights. The room was neat and clean. The staffs are helpful.

A solid hotel located near njp. Rooms were clean and facilities were decent. The acco itself is reasonably priced but the food is a little overpriced. On the whole, this is a good option for travellers of all kinds.

Divine residency is a hotel without care. We didn’t expect an amazing hotel, but this was simply terrible. On-twas a wednesday evening but the guests on the other side of the hall way were very loud, slammed with doors etc. The staff downstairs was similar. Loud talks and music that entered from two floors down into our room. Room was dirty as other reviews mentioned. If you have to take a train from njp in the early morning, we know it is a hassle to find a place tunstall. But we really wouldn’t recommend you to stay at divine

Very bad service and room comfortability according to price

Stayed just for a night with my boy! the room was good with ac and a fan and the food was amazing. Staff was at reception and the room service was great

Very small hotel, washroom was very cosy and uncomfortable. However hotel staff behaviour was good.

Bad rooms and they never provided any room amenities at all. Rooms are so small as per their cost

Staff at recception and manager are very rude and abusive. Rooms are ultra small, unhygienic and dirty. No water to drink at room. No toiletries. Curtain rods broken. Bad smell in the room. Staff will not attend to any of your request.

The location of the hotel is still fine because it's 5 mins away from the station- but all other facilities are very sub par. The rooms are not tidy, the bed spread is not clean, the toilet isn't good and considering the price, the service is terrible.

It is not worth. There was no towel in the bathroom. The bed sheets were dirty. The blankets were stinking. I don't think they have sanitized anything in the room. I am not satisfied with my stay.

In room no 206, geyser was not found non functional.

Location: 1km from njp. Railway station market: not good hygiene: good food: ok

The hotel is located near the njp railway station which is an added advantage to check in. Road connectivity is also good. Food was okay and service is average.
At the check in we are thoroughly sanitised and even our luggage was also sanitised. Fire daft measures and electronic surveillance were also in action. I like the safety measures deployed by the hotel management.
