Good but not as it was described while booking room. TV remote was broken & toilet seat was too loose. The hotel should use 24 hour check-in and check-out policy. Breakfast was complimentary but given on the departure day.

This hotel is in a residential building with few floors dedicated to hotel it has just one lift for which you may have to wait. Overall it is very clean and the staff is very prompt and courteous. I stayed for 3 nights with family and felt very safe bcoz of so many women staff who worked as cleaners and attendants

It was a good stay with them providing a proper room with amenities like TV and restaurant. The location is near Guwahati railway station. One staff member usually guides you to your room taking your luggage. The sheets and blankets were clean, so was the room and bathroom. The bathroom had a geyser.

Very bad service, dirty bed sheets, toilet, pillows etc. They don't provide water bottles, toiletries etc. Food quality is very bad. Hospitality is definitely bad.

the room was boiling hot like an oven. even after complaint they didn't change my room.

Room is average. no inter comm.no hot water kettle.No complementary tea or coffee,only 01 towel for whole family.There is no in house restaurant and brought food from outside. Not served any reserved and paid complementary breakfast till 8: 00 am.

Hotel was good and clean..staff behaviour was also good .from this hotel connectivity was comfortable.overall everything was good

Location was prime near by to shopping areas I found bed bugs in my room no 23 and phone service was in room every time I went to reception

Check in and Check out process was smooth.Rooms and washrooms are clean. Can't say about the the other rooms but the non Ac room where we stayed didn't have any windows. So it was quite stuffy. Will not be able to survive in such rooms during peak summer

I book two rooms for 6 persons they were only ready to accommodate four of them . rooms were too small . room services to slow . No options were given in breakfast overall a very poor experience

not up to the mark..towel was not kept in the room n even on request also i dint get the towel.Lift is very very slow n poor wi-fi service..

The bathroom was not good. The geyser and room key were not working properly. There was no mat in the room, and they kept used linen in the room. Additionally, they didn't even provide water, not even one bottle was complementary. Overall, it was an average experience.
