I booked the room online to make my trip but when I arrived, they gave me a small room and said they would change it later. However, even after some time when a better room was available, they told me to adjust and didn’t change it. Very disappointed with the service and management.

soloBelow average in terms of Cleanliness and staff behaviour. Don’t forget anything in room while checking out. They couldn’t return my sweater even after repeated calls. They even stopped picking calls after 3/4 attempts.

The hotel staff was not supportive, the blankets and quilt were so smelly and old. Even bathroom hygiene was compromised. Never ever recommended

Hotel staff and rooms both are pathetic don’t go with the images bed are not comfortable you can’t even sleep properly. They are using sofa cum bed. Staff are also very rude they didn’t provide food.
