Hotel Dolphin

The view from the room is awesome! you will get nice home food if you opt! room is standard well decorated- bed is good with maximum 2 adults and 1 kid! though we booked 2 adults and 2 kids - this room and bed was not enough- we had to sleep other side to adjust - but that was worth with the view from the room ! accessibility from cab and mall road is very near - you have to get down or ask cab for raj bhawan stop! behavior of the employees are really good- we were 2 ladies and 2 kids- when we were checking out they asked and helped us to get the luggage till stop - which was really not necessary! i have stayed in different Hotel Dolphin s in darjeeling at different times - and would love to go back to this one again ! since peak season is on - price was a bit high !

Dolphin Hotel Dolphin is in excellent condition and location. All staff are extremely cooperative and helpful. Food is excellent and of good quality. The rooms were good. We stayed at 501 and 202. Only suggestion is to have a folding bed with mattress options for a 3rd person as the beds are good for 2 people and a bit difficult for a 3rd person, although we managed to sleep for 2 days in these 2 rooms. Every staff member is very polite and friendly. Overall we will come back here again.

The Hotel Dolphin is in good location and you can view kanchanjangha beside this Hotel Dolphin if wet-her permits. We stayed in that Hotel Dolphin for one day and the health condition of my husband was not good. But we got excellent service from Hotel Dolphin manager and all staffs. Behaviour of Hotel Dolphin manager is very polite and cooperative. Room of ground floor is quite shabby but you can get room heater with extra charge.

Property is just near to rajbhavan. All flat land. Any person can reach to the property. Just side of the property have amount kanchanjanga view point. Property is easy accessible by walk from mall. You can get in house homely made food. Rooms are cleaned.

They should improve on the water supply

Nice short stay. Location wise the best in darjeeling. Room is good. Behavior of the staff are too good, specially the manager, mr. Gouranga pal. Nice stay.

Excellent location. Excellent service. The people are nice. A must recommended place to stay at darjeeling if you want to have a proper view of kanchenjanga from your room.

The stay was a beautiful and beautiful view of the mountain kanchanjangha the staff's behaviour was also very good.

Location - on Mall Road, next to the Governor's House. Excellent view of Kanchenjunga. Room - Clean room with good interior. Water from the geyser was not hot enough. Staff behaviour and services were good. Food average.

Overwhelming ambience, staffs with cordial behaviour, nice mountain view, excellent location, but needs to be more maintained, more neat and clean, rooms are less specious, clampsy
