T hay had a very poor service. On the very first place there was a big concern regarding cleanliness. The beds were so dirty, you can't even think of sitting on that, and when have feedback to the management, they said, they do not get time to clean it. I did not have any option at that time since i made the payment in advance. Other think service, very poor. I asked for the drinking water multiple times but they did not serve it since i was ready to pay for it. Parking looks huge in the pic but in really one can hardly part more than 4 to 5 vehicles at a time and the capacity of the hotel is more. In total, it was a horrible experience for me and my family

The staff specially manager was not at all courteous. The bathroom were filthy. On service front they were denying everything. Didn't have tea kettle as shown in pictures, they didn't have even water bottles in rooms. I was really feeling terrible in front of my family

होटल को 3 स्टार दिखाया गया है जबकि यहां कमरे में सिहलान थी । टॉयलेट अच्छे नही थे और न ही उनकी लिफ्ट चल रही थी। आज के बाद मैं वहा कभी भी जाने की सलाह नही दूंगा।

Hotel dolphin is nice for stay its staff have good behaviour and helpful. Food is good in taste. They give drop at banganga gate its a good nature of staff. Rooms are clean. Lobby is good. Location of hotel is in good area easy to move all over darshan and market area all front office staff behaviour is nice and be ready everytime for any help so give blessings to all for hotel and themselves

Staff is not well trained to service customers on timely basis. On two different instances and two different days even a basic hot water takes more than 40 mins to be served. Don’t know what would happen on ordering of food.
