Hotel Dolphin DX

Room was clean, service was also good and staffs are also very helpful, perfect ly value for money.

The owner is very polite but the manager was not at all polite, he was very rude and full of attitude

This hotel was completly worst the charger also for id xerox the ac was also not working properly in early morning ac was stop working. TV was Also not working.The bathroom was also so small and very dirty the jet of the toilet was also not working. The water heater was also not working

room service is very poor staf also very lazy ........................... 2 star hotle,...........................

The stay was pleasant, but the amenities were inadequate. The hot water geyser, AC, and towels were unavailable, and essential toiletries like soap and shampoo were missing. Moreover, the room was quite small, with an even more cramped bathroom. Although the stay was comfortable, the overall quality of the hotel did not justify the price I paid through MakeMyTrip.

Not good at all , gyser switch was not available in the room , I paid for breakfast but they denied to give it .

i booked family room but when I reach They provide me another room single bed dirty and Unhygienic when I asked for that they told me excuses i will never ever Go again in this hotel and i recommend all Don't Stay in that hotel

The hotel is the worst There rooms were dirty like hell There bedding was with spots all over The bathroom was dirty and sticking Water was oozing out with all dirty stuff the vessel was broken on complaing the same they instead started blaming me that it was broken by me and asked me to pay for it This was a worst experience I ever had  I check the photos and booked the room but it was adversely bad The staff of roude to the next level, I had my breakfast included in the booking package but they didn't provide me the same and they gave me breakfast @10.30  You can check my booking as it had a/c in the room but they didn't switch off the a/c saying it's not working I had to stay in fan the whole night 

Stay at dolphin was good staff behavior was excellent, location is perfect for family stay. we stayed in month of feb.

Hotel owner and his son is excellent person, good behaviour but the staff working in office is not serious to the job. They are extremely no use fellows. These are the photos when we entered into our room, room was not cleaned when we entered into the rooms poor facility of water not hot water availability my suggestion that the owner will give full charge to his son he will maintain it well

When I reached the hotel at 12 midnight, the hotel staff denied my booking, claiming they had no confirmation. They arranged a room in another hotel, but the rooms were extremely dirty. I had booked a room for 4 people, but they provided a room for 2 people and gave 2 extra mattresses. Despite booking for 4 people, I was accommodated in such poor conditions. When I spoke, the hotel staff claimed they were arranging another room from their side, but I was not provided that room. The next morning, I had to repeatedly request breakfast, and even then, they only provided breakfast for 2 people. The hotel was terrible; the ambiance was awful. Please do not visit this hotel. Even if it’s offered for free, do not stay here.

The staff were well behaved and cooperative, room was clean and well maintained. Location is easily accessible from main road

When i was check-in hotel not given towel and sope he says didn't have towel and sope and next morning booking was 3 adult but towel and sope given by staff 1. And when my guest visiting to my room he said no permission

They are giving their service properly. Room was good but room service was very terrible. Staff was good.

As read in review we book this property, but its total disappointed after entering the room reception person was drunk and he doesn't understand wat we asked him

The staff are very caring and prompt. Room was neat and clean. Hygienic atmosphere. Decent property. Convenient location. Satisfied with the services.

in this price range its a very good option.rooms are clean.20 m from the main road.
