Hotel Dolphin Grand

I came to banaras on this occasion for work in bhu and found the dolphin grand Hotel Dolphin Grand within 15 min from bhu, 5 min from the ghats and 10 min from the kashi vishwanath mandir. The Hotel Dolphin Grand is very unassuming from the outside, with an underground parking, but from the inside it’s brand new, tastefully designed and well built. From the reception to the restaurant and lifts on the ground floor to my clean, spacious, and relatively quiet room with double glazed windows to avoid the street noise, well running ac, and clean and spacious bathroom. The room is comparable to the taj vivanta i stayed in recently in kolkata. The price per night at rs 8500 is higher than both the kolkata vivanta (7500) as well as the mumbai marriott (7000. Food at the restaurant could be improved, but i didn’t have more than 1 breakfast there.

I was in varanasi to perform religious rituals and stayed at dolphin grand. Property is very well maintained. Garimaji provided all the support i needed. Abhay shrivastava, my guide was excellent. He was at Hotel Dolphin Grand at 5. 00 am and was with me until 8. 00 pm. Very polite, knowledgeable and happy to help. The only area needs improvement is breakfast quality. I will definitely stay at this property next time.

Spent two days. Hotel is new with great room and bathroom. Non slip shower mat, instant hot water and safe and coffee market in room. Staff was extremely friendly and took care of my father. Udipi restaurant with tasty southern food. Easy availability of autos and main chats and temples are about ten minutes away. All in all a great stay

The location of Hotel Dolphin Grand dolphin grand is in vicinity (in the range of 2 to 3km) of main temple kashi vishwanath, dasshashavmedh ghat assi ghat. Food quality, service & other amenities were excellent. Hotel staff is very soft spoken & cooperative.

Great hospitality! neat and clean rooms taking care of all the necessaities. Location is in the heart of the city. Breakfast options need to be revisited but otherwise, the food was good. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Stay remained good but as most of the guests are from south india the cuisines though pure vegetarian and very well attended by courteous staff lacks the flavours of north indian cuisine overa lol stay and meals remained excellent

Found it satisfactory value for money. Restaurant staff was helpful in managing food choices of elderly in laws -86 n 80 years. Darshan and ganga aarti arrangementscwere hassle free

Mrs. Garima chakraborty of dolphin grand varanasi is excellent. She was very attentive and well behaved.

Hotel was excellent in all aspects. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Special mention to garima ji and lakshmi ji. Rooms were maintained very neatly. Wifi was excellent. All amenities were perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Desk manager garima guided us well about everything, including activities, shopping and eating areas. We had a good time.

The Hotel Dolphin Grand was located on a main road, easily accessible, and the service was excellent, house keeping was spot on. Restaurant staff were attentive and courteous. Overall, it was a good experience.

Quite nicely located, all important ghats closeby, excellent value for money, good service, nice food.

The rooms are clean and neat the staffs also good very near to all temples and shop they also provide the cab to pickup from airport

Beautiful rooms with an amazing shower! nice contemporary furniture, for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this Hotel Dolphin Grand as its also close to kashi temple and ghaats.

The Hotel Dolphin Grand is newly build, and maintained very well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is tasty. Will definitely stay here again.
