Hotel Dolphin Puri - 180 mtrs from Beach

Hotel is in very tiny road where 4 wheelers can’t go and you’ll have to walk 500 mtrs to get cab.

I had booked AC Super deluxe room On arrival I was told AC super deluxe is not available as it is under renovation. Argument regarding how they took the reservation with full advance. It was then they showed a room which they said was AC super deluxe. The room was very ordinary .

Location is very close to Beach.Food was amazing taste. Service r good. Rooms r small as compared to another hotel on same pricing. And need to maintenance for AC services. Floor r wet.

The hotel staff deserve a 5 on 5.Very courteous and helpful at all times.I booked as a last minute resort as I had to quickly move out of a lodging which was far too remote.The location is excellent.The assistance for guests who wish to offer Puja is really praiseworthy.Their purohit Krisha is an excellent guide for the mandir Darshan.What needs to improve us the quality of food served at the restaurant.The fish was not fresh and I was very disappointed.Thete is no common area which makes it a little difficult to move out of one's room.As I said, the location is just an 8 minute walk from the beach and that is what I appreciated the most.

Horrible stay, they don't clean the room daily even if you stay for a week. They don't clear dustbins, don't change towels.. very small rooms compared to what is shown in photos... Utensils are not clean.. bed sheets are dirty

At first the manager directly refused that I have a online booking. Even after I showed him the booking reference he checked in his computer and said that there is no any booking in my name. At last one outsider intervened and when he checked the computer my name was already there. The food quality is even worse not to mention about their behaviour.

Good food, but the property is not clean enough and the room service is not upto the mark.

Service is very bad, both nights not got water after calling them several times...during morning check out ( 5 am due to satabdi express) lift was shut down and faced 2 times up and down for the same...hectic

Excellent room and also the bathroom clean and good room service. Fresh air and only 2 minutes from. Sargadwar beach.

Not at all value for money nothing work in room there is no ac remote control no tv was working even it’s showing wifi is available when we checked with staff they are not able to connect wifi. Such a poor service. After paying so much money it’s terrifying experience.

During my stay at hotel dolphin, we enjoyed a lot, for ac, tv program and also food and last of all good behavior of management and staffs.

Food is terrible. Got stomach upset. Conveyance is not good. Nothing more to add. I will not suggest my friends to stay there.

Good service and well maintained hotel in puri. Enjoyed my trip alot in the sea beach. Next time i will plan the same hotel.

Very bad experience with hotel dolphin puri. Lift was not working during our entire stay and geyser was also not working in one room. What you see in the photos, it’s nothing close to that. The rooms are too small and the linen are dirty.
