HOTEL DOOARS HILTON

we stayed there for two nights in our Dooars trip. Clean rooms adequately furnished and just about right space bathroom is highlight of the room. due to longish shape of the plot perpendicular to the main road the hotel shape looks a bit odd and finding your room may be a bit initially. Hotel being new towel etc is clean though overall thr Hilton feel is not there. restaurant is spacious but the breakfast menu is very limited, maybe due to poor occupancy. since the Hotel otherwise not very pricy it’s a lot value fot money. The hotel staff being mostly local youths don't expect a very professional service but they're very active and helpful. There’s no travel desk but reception staff can arrange cars with Their network. Located on a secondary main road and not far from station its a Good hotel in Alipurduar compared to other in that part.

I had breakfast included in my package and since it was early check out I had requested several times for my breakfast to be packed. And the same was agreed upon. But while checking out they delayed the same saying they dont pack and I had to push off without it .

I'm on official trip two days spend but service like which very much poor like... no coordination reception house keeping resturant... charged others room food bill by mistake... daily call at morning verify check out details by house keeping by mistake.. breakfast room service mistake.... Room was Small not specious for this budget...

The room was neat and clean. The staff are very helpful. It is a newly constructed hotel. I enjoyed my stay there.

hotel location and interior is very good but service is very poor. Breakfast served with limited 1 or 2 fixed iteam. Room TV is not working 2 days out of 3 days' stay. Toilet annimeties was empty, and it was informed to at check in, but until check out, not filled up. Need to improve much more in service.

Newly Opened Hotel with decent service, in house restaurant with delicious mouth watering food, decent quantity. house keeping doing a great job. Nice Location. Drawback: limited car parking, limited choice on breakfast.

Food was good, rooms were good, staffs behaviour was very good, internet connection was not stable and had a problem in washroom floors. It was getting sleepary once water was falling on the floor.
