Hotel DownTown Paschim Vihar

Bang for the buck. Clean rooms and washrooms. Efficient staff and reasonably good food. Only problem is of limited parking space for the vehicle.

It was good stay also the food I ordered was good and service was fast too, so overall I was happy to stay

We got into hotel at 6:30 PM and still had to wait for 2 hours for our room. The receptionist said to cancel the booking if you have problem ( our booking was non refundable). Even on next day when we ordered lunch, only partial food was served. Highly disappointed with staff.

Terrible stay , room are patgetic and too small. Bedsheets are dirty

The images are very different for the rooms which has been staged on make my trip platform. The utilities are very less in the given charge of the room.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Downtown, Paschim Vihar. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The food quality was good and service was quick. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel’s location is great, near the marketplace, so it’s easy to grab anything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is on point. The room and bathroom were spotless, fresh, and honestly just awesome—absolutely no foul smell. A really comfortable stay.

It’s not worth the money. You have better options in the same price range. Have to ask for every small thing , there were no towels , no tea coffee refills , AC leaked during the stay, I was hardly in the room for couple of hours but this was much much below the expectation

The room was so bad nd their security is like hell . Me and my partner were there in the room then suddenly some random gyu came up nd start knocking our door so badly nd shouting nd saying come outside come outside .we get so scared at that time . so in the end i just want to say that my experience was so bad . i hope you guys will not do the same mistake which i do by booking this hotel down town.
