Hotel Dreamland,Darjeeling

Staff were very good and well behaved, rooms may have been more spacious at this rate. The overall experience was decent. I recommend the budget travellers to stay in this hotel

This is not the first time I visited The Dreamland hotel and will not be the last. Situated in the lap of mall road with magnificent view of Kanchanjunga. This time the food was also amazing. Perhaps better than most of the renowned food joints in Darjeeling. The hotel manager Mr Saibal is very kind person

Location of the hotel is okay but the rooms ( deluxe view rooms on 2nd/3rd floor) are just pathetic. Reaching rooms is a challenge for elderly people. Size of the rooms is like wash rooms. We could not stay in this property and had to shift to a nearby hotel.

Average hotel, run down room condition and doesn’t provide basic stuff like toiletries and water etc. U need to ask for it.

Hotel position & the only Kanchanjungha view rooms (Reception floor level only) are good. Hotel is not very far from Mall (within 10 mins). Hotels staff (Front Desk/Reception) are not fit for this hotel. 2nd, 3rd floor rooms are not comfortable to stay (Damp Room). Management should care of this hotel. Bed is not very much comfortable & all room lights are not working properly.
