Very bad staff very bad quality of food room is not clean tv is not working

It was a wonderful stay at the property. We booked the room with both breakfast and dinner and the food was fantastic. Room service was up to the mark and the stay was very comfortable. Thank you team.

it was good experience. Staff was really good and hygiene was also up to the mark. The receptionist name is yogesh also a good person.

i was Visited 6-7 Times For Stay, Because I like the Environment, But First Time i was Visited, it's was Mind blowing, experience Too good My Breakfast was not included they offer for free Buffet , Mr Chauhan saab having Mind blowing dealing, , Thanks to Lr Chauhan saab, after they leave the hotel Permanently, My all Experience will Go down, every time im visiting i will face problem, sometimes bedsheets, pillow, blanket not clean, it's horrible feel, I book super delux, They staf provide us Delux room, Whenever I was come I book super delux, Now They Change their statements, That Super delux was provided it was executive room, I'm shock what they said, This kind of behavior with Your valuable Customer it was unexpected from Dreamland, They not value, how good customer you are, Even Their room services was Too late, even I Called 4-5 time then they move to provide that I was want, sorry to Say But This kind of behave with us, Room was Smoky, when they provide last time, I call immediately to change room then they provide us , some staff called that room delux, 2person called super delux, but I was request to Owner kindly , Noticed Your Hospitality and room services like New,Because everything was Great That time I stayed , Maintain your Hospitality Humble behaviour staffs like Lr chauhan saab and Previous Receptionist staaf because they care and Value of Customer every single second Time , They don't disappoint customer and embarras even, but i Appreciated The Restaurant service they have fantastic Food with clean ness

Stay was good, and I was also quite working well And for service and the service provided by the staff was also pretty nice and overall, I was given a good rating over here

AC was leaking and no one to listen at night. staff said keep bucket. Even though i had night shift and was there for corporate visit, and due to sleep my whole schedule and day was impacted
