Hotel Du Palais @ Auro Beach

We found this in makemytrip listing and selected it because of the discounted price, rating and the photos shared by other travellers. The Hotel Du Palais @ Auro Beach was more like a villa, we got a bhk floor with an awesome balcony to sit and chill. Place was very clean and neat. It also had a mini fridge filled with snacks. There were good restaurants in the near by area for food. It's located almost outside the city, so you will need a vehicle to commute. 2 things which i didn't like: 1. You will have to park your vehicle outside the compound, 2. There were continues electricity fluctuations due to which the ac and fans were not working whole night.

The rooms are large and quite roomy, and the layout is comparable to that of cottages. Overall, it was a terrific experience. The personnel at the Hotel Du Palais @ Auro Beach is courteous and helpful. In addition, the Hotel Du Palais @ Auro Beach manager goes above and above to assist guests in saving money. The location is directly across from the auroville beach. Ricks and two-wheelers cabs are accessible directly from the Hotel Du Palais @ Auro Beach. Worth it

Pros: the stay is pretty spacious and 3 minutes walk to auroville beach. The room comes with a kitchen space and hall and sitout area. Worth the money spent for the location. Cons: if you don't have a private vehicle but difficult to travel from there. Frequent power outages in the locality. They do have generator tho.

It was excellent stay. Hotel staffs were polite and always available. The pent house was very airy with big windows and good sunlight has positive vibes. Sitting in the open area having tea coffee early morning and evening is something we don't get in the city and enjoying with kids was really something a family want.

This was one one of the best experiences I've ever had. The property is very peaceful and just 5 min walking from the Auroville beach. The Managers and caretakers here were just too kind and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was hassle free and safe. I would definitely visit again

Good clean Hotel Du Palais @ Auro Beach with nice stay. Terrace had a small view of the ocean which was nice. The terrace was said private but there where people from other rooms roaming there at the evening which was uncomfortable to us. Other than that everything was good and will recommend

Good, comfortable, cost effective stay. Clean and spacious. Parking vehicle is little bit difficult.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained making my stay very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and offered combo with great varieties. Staff was very good and polite. I had fantastic stay and will recommend to friends and colleagues.
