Hotel Duke

Pros view of dal lake reasonably priced food cons the bed was cricking sound, even when my 7 year old turned over the majority of power outlets were not working. Electric blanket on one side of bed was not working electric blanket in one room was given after asking for it multiple times the shower head was not working, we managed with bucket and mug the fitted carpet in the floor was dirty staff was not well behaved

We stayed in jun e 2023 we had a trip of 7 days in kasmir, and in all the 4 different Hotel Dukes that we stayed, this was the best the staff is friendly and professional. Hotel has very good view, just infront of dal lake proper parking facility very spacious rooms interiors of Hotel Duke are awesome food is tasty good wifi only one con- frequent power cuts were there when we stayed

Rooms are neat and clean. Location is superb. Each tourist spot is easily accessible. This is just on side of dal lake. Food is tasty. Breakfast is ok. Room service is prompt. Mr azad is really helpful

Staff is very good. Rooms r so so. But location is great and food is good. No regret and washroom is nit good

Hotel location is good .near to dal lake…rooms are big and clean …we could have meals so cannot comment there
