Good hotel in a good place but services can be improved more

Pros- staff was polite. The only good thing i can remember cons. We were 3 adults and were only provided a single double bed. We requested the manager at night to provide us a room with 3 single bed or 1 double bed and other one single. They totally declined for it and were adamant that we stay in that room and we will be provided with a mattress on the floor. They also mentioned why did we book the hotel rather we should have booked with them directly. On our continuous insistence we were provided with another room. Manager also misbehaved with us. -i was thoroughly disappointed with the hygiene level. Room was not properly cleaned floor was dusty. Room had unpleasant smell. Linen and pillow cover was dirty and used. The washroom was even worse. Floor had stains, toilet was dirty. Overall, the lack of cleanliness made the stay really uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

It was a comfortable stay there. Location was very good. Staffs were co-operative and rooms were clean.

It was great experience through mmt

Food was ok. Hygiene and room was not upto the mark. The only thing thats good is the location.

Cool place to stay at. Supportive and good staff, nice food and quick service. The Hotel is in prime locality. It's clean and is well maintained.

Location and view is the best.
Staff was very very polite and always smiling and so helpful. And the best thing is that they have restaurant in the hotel itself is so handy specifically when you are tired with all the tracking and when it's cold outside. Though they have room service too. The only negative point is that they don't have lift.

Rooms were not so good and unclean with switch board hanging and just one power point for charging.

Location of this hotel is good and all the resources are easily accessible from there.

Everything was good. Good service.

Rooms are to dirty and dusty, water leakage were everywhere in bathrooms. Blankets they provided were so dirty that we preferred to put our sweaters and sleep.
It was bad experience at hotel Durga. Rooms were smelly, blanket which was provided were too dirty that we had to ask them to take that off. There were so much of dust in room, toilets were not cleaned water leakages everywhere. Staffs were not good either.

I am no happy. Room was no clean.

Location as specified very near to bus stand, auto taxi stand. The dry fruits market very close to it.
