Hotel Dwaraka Inn

The stay was poor, it is a very old property with no proper maintenance. The rooms were not clean and food was average.

Not clean not up to expectations, no proper facilities, no hygiene, it’s not maintained for charges cost.

The food was not good and we returned back. The toilet was unhygienic. The location is good.

Good destination in the hotel to sea beach. There is a good place. Hotel star will be supportive in all situations.

1. No timely check in, waited almost 30 mins above. 2. No discount on food (10% eligible but not provided) 3. No proper response from the housekeeping

My stay at the property was comfortable and pleasant. The location was convenient and well-connected. The food was tasty and fresh. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, and the room had everything I needed. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond. it was a very bad experience, rooms are shabby, TV remotes are non functional, staff is un courtious, restaurant is very poorly managed. only good is its location.

Rooms are full of mosquitoes and untidy. They made me change my room 3 times during my 3 days stay. AC doesn't work in the room. Towels which they provide looks like used. This is definitely not a business class hotel. This is more like a road side hotel. They charged me 2,600 per day which is a complete loss.

Overall, the room was good. However, I expected a queen-sized bed, as my previous booking included a large queen bed. This time, the bed provided was smaller, which was disappointing since I anticipated the same type of bed as before.

Rooms is not having AC and Fan too in that hotel and I'll give as rating for that hotel and staff was also not responding this is my worst experience

there was disturbance on the door at midnight. no boy was there to take care of luggage when we check in. only 250 ml water was given. small room.

front office is the face of the hotel ..but the reception person communication and voice is very hard and typical...even he is not in a position to smile with the guest....no grooming...nothing ....
