Checkin experience was not good. I have to wait for 25 minutes to get my room on 7th august approximately 10 pm. Apart from checkin everything was good, breakfast was good but i think daily menu is same bcoz i get the same food for 3 days. Room experience was nice everything was perfect including ac, tb, bed.

Location of the Hotel Eagle Grand is good and cleanness 4/5. But i didn't able to take complementary breakfast till 8:00 am as it was not supposed to ready at that time. I was already in a hurry to pick my flight. Overall stay was good.
