okay . excellent customer service. rooms were neat and clean . all the facilities provided were good . TV and telephone was not working thou .but overall good experience. will surely visit again.

Without any time taking query at reception i just shown my booking details and with few formality in few minutes I entered in my room . Room was clean and cozy .

Hotel East Park had good ambience, very clean room and washroom, nice bed sheets, only jarring point was that there was no porter to collect your luggage when u checked in and the same happened when I was checking out

Despite hotel appears to be decent but the up and maintenance of amenities is below par such as Lobby AC wasnt working.. Room wasnt maintained properly.. Curtains were broken, etc

2 room changed Ac was not working

Location and door are fine but my bad experience related to AC in the allotted room. 2-3 times they try to resolve the issue but couldn’t happened. They changed the room thrice but not satisfied with Room where I stayed because room size are not as per my booking but facilities tried as per booking.

Corridor carpets are smelly,need maintenance. Rooms are good and clean. good parking. Breakfast is good. Location is excellent. Overall is good.

The hotel's location is quite advantageous, and the parking facilities are satisfactory. However, room service experiences significant delays, while the hotel's amenities and food quality are adequate.

I booked Club room which never looks like a premium room once I checked in. I even don't know if it was a club room or they gave me whichever room was available with them . When I told them that it doesn't look a premium room , I was told no other room is available. What shocked me most was when I saw that mattresses used by them are spring mattress which I think no other decent hotel uses these days . Breakfast was pathetic. Hotel passages and lobby area were very humid and I think they were not using AC

AC was not working in allotted room after that they change the room but AC of second room was not functioning well

Property is good. Staff is courteous and its location is also good. Morning breakfast is a disappointment as on first day the buffet was not laid out as there were less guest. On second day buffet was there but options were limited.

Hotel is good...in a very good location.....Only one drawback...the food cost is very very expensive compared to the same standard hotels in other city...one plate normal veg dish is costing more than Rs 500..this is very high in this kind of hotels..

Hotel East Park Bilāspur occupies a prime location near Agrasen Square and the railway station. The interiors are well-designed, rooms are immaculate, and facilities like gym, sauna, spa, and valet parking are excellent. The breakfast spread and multi-venue dining (Fusion, Rolling Beans, Eastern Terrace BBQ, Arsenal bar) offer variety. The food quality is very good, but portions and variety don’t fully justify the high prices. Laundry charges are similarly expensive. Also, outside food delivery isn’t allowed—which can feel restrictive. For a rate of about per night, the hotel delivers great comfort and service—but dialing down meal and laundry prices would go a long way in enhancing value for guests.

Rooms are good and tidy. Bathroom is clean. However, while climbing up by glass lift, one can see a lot of dirt in the interiors of the property. Room corridors need to be lighten up, as they look quiet dull.

Location is good because situated in mid town, buffet have many verities staff and management is very supportive
