Hotel East Park Inn

I have stayed in the Hotel East Park Inn for 4 nights and 5 days. It was a nice experience, however the facilities could be little better considering the tariff specially the 24 hour hot water facility. The restaurant was good, the food was palatable though the price was on the higher side. The staff were very cordial and well behaved. It was a nice experience.

We had a delightful stay at east park inn. Rooms were super clean and fresh. However, we faced some issues with the fixtures. The washroom doorknob and the shower were in a precarious condition, they just came off when we tried to access the washroom. But their customer service was very good and they promptly offered a solution.

Location is excellent, connectivity is good, nearby market, cleanliness and hygiene up to the mark, staff behaviour normal, 2 water bottles complimentary, after that they charge 60- per bottle, new property and i visited second time, price slightly on higher side, won’t allow local id. Overall good stay

Location was fantastic. Food was average but good quantity. Room was stuffed with complimentary water and coffee. Rooms were clean and tidy. Room service was excellent. The only issue happened that the manager don’t wanted to do any shifts in booking dates and asked for extra money.

Location :5, facilities:5 value for money:4, food:4, privacy:5. Newly built Hotel East Park Inn, spacious rooms, clean and hygiene, not accepting local ids so privacy is best, a bit costly food but property is good. Room service responds within 5-10 min so nice response.

Clean Hotel East Park Inn, well maintained property. All necessary toiletries available. At a very central location, and about 10min away from new delhi railway station. The only con was the night manager was not very polite. The day manager was good.

Clean, spacious and brand new. If the ensure maintenance is kept up to the same levels, will always prefer to stay here. Only problem is the access but, that was to be expected since it is located in karol bagh where traffic situation is bad.

The Hotel East Park Inn rooms were clean and spacious. Room service was excellent. The only issue was that there was a lot of noise from roads and mandir nearby from the balcony due to which we were unable to sleep properly

The stay was pleasant. All the staff are courteous. The breakfast is delicious. It is the best Hotel East Park Inn among all of the Hotel East Park Inns in that area.

Hotel staff are very humble and courteous. The location is good. The room is clean. Overall a good experience.

Stay was good, water was leaking in the toilet.

Right in the middle of the city and very near to karol bagh and cp area, hence location is very good. Good rooms, a bit small but sufficient. Good food. Very hospitable staff.

Hotel was good but there were some cockroaches

Neat and clean room but the restaurant had food limitations, dinner buffet option not available. Difficult to find a location in a crowded market.

Clean room, comfy bed, and top-notch amenities. Serene location, and attentive staff. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Very comfortable and clean setting. The staff is very well trained and professional. Very tasty breakfast!
