We stayed three days. No complementry breakfast, we need to ask them multiple times. They don't respond properly. Only one liter of water they will provide after multiple requests. Small bathrooms. No house keeping service to clean room and bed on daily.

The property didn't have an electric kettle and tea kit in the room, while showing in its picture on booking, the room without chair and table for work. Breakfast was very bad, it serve in the room without any arrangements of table.

Positives are good clean rooms, friendly staff, decent price negatives are. No kitchen so no food from hotel but the staff arranged for tea and food from outside shops. The area is very very crowded as it is in the heart of the old mumbai wholesale market. Getting taxi to go back to hotel is a difficulty.
