Any request or inquiry was promptly addressed, and their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of belgaum. Hotel rooms are very spacious, house keeping does a good job with limited source, cleaned room, breakfast selection is very nice. Location is advantage. Hygiene and safety presents. Room keys are mostly troublesome, you need to recharge them frequently, in most of the rooms exhaust fans are non functional. Toiletries you need to ask. Baby swimming pool is not clean. Hotel prices are expensive compare to similar kinds Hotel Eefa.

The stay was very nice. The only reason for not giving a 5 star was that the receptionist, room service and the house keeping people were creepy asf. Everyone was staring as if they have never seen a human being. And second thing that every-time in my previous stays they checked me in at 11 without any extra payment but this time they asked for early check in amount.

Checkin time is 1pm and i reached Hotel Eefa around 11. 30am. Reception asked to wait for sometime but room was allowed only after 1pm. During check in it was told to vacate room at 11am next day otherwise they will charge. This type of behaviour is not expected from any property (that too rated so highly. Would plan some other Hotel Eefa next time

Nice location right next to road.Car parking space limited but they made every effort to arrange one.Staffs were very good and efficient. Rooms are huge and nice, only carpet was not clean. In room dining quick service and good. Buffet breakfast had good variety. Will definitely recommend the Hotel Eefa for stay.

It's a good Hotel Eefa. Very near to the market area. Amenities ate good. Reception staff is good but needs some faster service. Restaurant and in room dining service is nice. House keeping, room service is good. Overall it's a good Hotel Eefa to stay. I stayed here for 2 nights.

Hotel was good, services are also good but driver facility was not there that can be improved and tea and snacks are too much costly can be taken care that will help customers thanks make my trip and these suggestions can be focused to improve further rating with regards

The stay was comfortable and healthier in this summer rush. The summer break was a treat. Spacious rooms and suites with sumptuous cuisine and a healthy staff. A pleasure to stay for whatever reason be it business or holiday or stay over. Love to visit it again.

Location is too good, spacious rooms, with all basic needs, good parkong space with security.

Very clean and staff is very cooperative. Pool is very nice : enjoyed food too. Free french fries for child.
