Hotel Ekas - 200 M from Charbagh Railway Station

Very small room and room service is also not good and tv is not working

Food is good Location also good Facility is also good

This hotel is not worth the price. The service is very poor; you have to give multiple reminders just for a single task. I was totally disappointed and will not be staying here again. There are definitely better hotel options available nearby.

Except the approach routes, the stay experience has been good. The bathroom and toilet showers required to be cleaned for proper water flow. Food quality and taste is good. Room service staff is courteous and service is good. Check out time is strict 12 o'clock. I was on a business trip and had meetings till 1 p.m. My departure train was at 5 p.m. but had to check out in the morning itself. No consideration was given for late check-out despite the max rooms remaining vacant.

I had a very pleasant stay at. The location was excellent — close to Railway Station. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with [Wi-Fi, toiletries, minibar, etc.]. Staff were friendly and professional, especially. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options. The hotel’s amenities, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.

we were there for 2nights, the hotel is about 10min maximum from the station.The resturants is very good ,staffs are very polite and the quality along with the price in the restaurant is not so extravaganza.We had a good time

Stay at Hotel Ekas Lucknow has been very comfortable with courteous hotel staff, clean & hygienic, delicious & nutritious meal options and close proximity to Charbagh Railway Station as well as Charbagh Bus Station.

It was horrible stay pathetic room , pathetic staff , dont even know how to talk to guest highly not recommend

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting tourist places and to travel by train and flight.It is a few metres (400) from Charbagh metro. The food particularly the buffet breakfast is very good and live counter for omelette and boiled egg. Over all a good experience for we 7 persons travelling as a family.

When entering at hotel as I already booked through MMT they just giving me room key and not assigned any person to pickup luggage I ask for towel as there was not kept in room they given after 1 and half hour Tab was broken Water flow was not good

Location and rooms are nice food quality is good some overprice have to improve in service otherwise value for stay. Recommend

service not good.hot water not available.room locking system very bad not insured inciders privacy.only simple key system is bested compared to this system.even only droppers not provided for insider.
